The customer service was excellent. The Technician was very knowledgeable and advised me of all the services I had with my car. My wait time was not very long.

Best Service Ever!!!!!

Needs More Help

I must say that I had a bad experience with the used car department since I had my vehicle. I have came back with my vehicle several times to get scratches buffed out but the paint person placed different paint on the areas. The paint has came off and still never resolved the issues. I never got the vehicle cleaned and/or detailed at the time of purchase. I had to get my own vehicle detailed from top to bottom which I thought was bad business. So I would not come back to purchase a very at Ourisman Chevrolet again. I can say that service person was great and detailed to the issues of the vehicle. I will give great praise to Lisa Woods and thank her for the things she done. Thanks

Superb service and friendly, clean facility.

Superb accessibility! Ourisman took me within hours of the same day I called to book an appointment. The service was prompt, efficient, timely and professional. I was so pleased with their extraordinary PR and service. I will not hesitate to refer Ourisman to my family and friends. They are great!!

Great Service

I am happy with my results. I heard the sensor in my car. And I thought my car needed breaks. The service person didn't go by my word instead he had my breaks checked and he checked other stuff and everything was fine. I love that type of service. He made sure I didn't have to pay for something that didn't have a need.

Great Service

I came in the intention of looking at a used car but I had an excellent car sales men who helped me get into a brand new car with less worries. The process was very easy and he helped me every step of the way and answered every question I had.

Unfortunatelly, the restroom facilities had a prob

My experience was certainly A-1; however I neglected to ask my advisor to have my car washed. I paid in excess of seven hundred dollars, I think my car should have been washed
