My experience was great I did not have to wait too long for financing but most importantly Dennis Truro is very knowledgeable about my Chevy Traverse he really took his time to tell me all benefits about the vehicle and warrany. He is an excellent sales person. I could not had a better person helping me.

Outstanding Service!!
First of all I would like to say that my Sales Rep Mr. Brian Bunyon, aka "Mr. BB" was is an OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT Sales Rep!! He went beyond the call of duty to help me not only get a vehicle but a "New" vehicle. When I first arrived at your dealership with my Uncle, I had reservations about getting any vehicle because of my credit, but Mr. BB assured me that he would do everything he could to get me in a vehicle. After working tirelessly running back and forth for many hours between the Finance and Upper Management, Mr. BB was able to secure me a financer who would work with me, and allow me to drive off with very little down and very reasonable and manageable monthly payments. The last and final hurdle was finding a car that I could fit and when it looked like I was about to give up, Mr. BB and my Uncle pointed out the Travers for me to test drive and when I tried it. I was able to fit in really comfortably and I was so happy. I have been dreaming about buying a SUV and I was really excited to find out that it was not a ?Used? SUV, but a, ?Brand New? 2016. I will always be grateful for everything Mr. Bb and your dealership has done for me. However, the only sour note was the unprofessional text and a call I received from one of our employee?s from dealership whose number is 240-372-1864, didn?t catch his name but ?he stated I need U in at Ourisman asap. Need poi por and money. Or the car! First of all I told Mr. BB and Mr. Mathew of Financing that I would bring all that in on Monday, 28, 2015. Even after telling this guy that, he still was abrupt and nasty. Still on Monday, 28, 2015 I brought everything in handed everything to Mr. BB and left. There needs to be more communication between the Sales and Finance department so things like this don?t happen. Average overall service.
After I finally got service everything was cool. I didn't like the fact that I had to walk In and walk up and down the walkway trying to figure out exactly where the service department was. To my surprise it was to the direct right of the way I was walking. It was my first time there but no one greeted me until I had to walk into the body shop area to find out who the service folks were. I finally was helped by a woman that was on the phone but decided to multi task and help me. There were other folks NOT on the phone but no one even raised their head. When I was helped the woman did a great job. All I'll say is everyone should be greeted as they walk in.

The service was a little slow, but it was on a Saturday and you can really expect slow service, but overall it was good and would definitely return again, maybe buy a new car. Thanks
