Greeting and service was fine and done timely, however concerns with waiting or access to a loaner vehicle so I wont have to miss work or make arrangements for another car during this time.

Great service
Lisa was awesome. She was professional and very polite. The service was quick and completed well. Having a shuttle service on site that assisted me with making a car rental while my service was being completed was very helpful.

Great Service by a Select Few make the experience!
In Vehicle repair services Carolyn was the pits! I was so disgusted I really didn't want to leave my vehicle ever. I dropped it off yesterday only because Carmax was too far and the appt. date was far off. Lisa was great. She had the shuttle pick me up from home. He was great and personable and funny! I like him. She got my car in service allowed me an opportunity to come pick it up, she was patient, and personable. If if weren't for those two, I would never come back. But because of those two, I will definitely come back and pay the extra $50 on my deductible.

excellent customer service
Service Rep. Taylor is very good at what she does. She does her research in informing customers what else needs to be done on their automobile, that is reasonable. Very professional. I will return for more sevice.

another great lube service from ourisman!! they changed my oil and made sure my car was in tip top shape! the inspection they give is the best. kenny powers the GM is always friendly and treats me like family when i walk in.. thanks kenny!

Great Place to buy acar.
My salesman was the most patient and informative. He took time to answer all my questions and offer assistance if I had questions at a later date. He was all about the customer.

Great service.
Arrived late morning without a scheduled appointment but was able to check in without hassle. Work was done per estimate and car was ready by 4:00 PM.
