amazing job!

dave kelly and kenny powers are FABULOUS!!!! the experience in Finance was second to none!! this is a dealership that i recommend to all my friends!!!! Dave is so nice he brought me a sandwich and then even brought out a nice soda for me to clench my thirst. I love the atmosphere and kindness!!!!

Taking care of Business

I took my car in on a Friday for a check engine light. Lisa made sure to call me and keep me updated on my car. Bad thing is I had to take in that Monday because the light came back on. The tech fixed one thing and cleared the codes of another. Thankfully Lisa was very diligent on getting this fixed and didn't charge me much for my troubles. She made sure to keep me updated, which I liked, and everything was done in a timely manner.

Wonderful services. Pleasant atmosphere.

Staff was very receptive and courteous. A good listener. Services were very good and the wait was in a timely manner, as expected. Staff person was pleasant in his communication process and understanding.

Buying My Car On My Own

Walking into the dealership, I knew what I wanted that day. I saw the car that I wanted online and I knew it had to be mines. After seeing the vehicle on the lot, I was approached by Mr. Gerald Holland and my experience at Ourisman Chevrolet was the absolute best. He made me and my fiance feel right at home with his generosity,and charisma. He explained everything in great detail and walked me through everything I needed to know. Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and this was only my second time. I actually brought my vehicle by myself without needing a co-signer. This was a huge accomplishment for me. It has been a long road and I have finally made it to my destination. I am Chevy kind of a girl, and I know if Mr. Holland is there, I will be there to my purchase my next vehicle. Wonderful Service!!!!!! I couldn't think Mr. Holland enough for making this experience one I will never forget. He has also followed up with me on several occassions, to see how I am enjoying my car. He is the best and deserves all recognition that comes his way...

great service

My experience at your dealership, Ourisman Chevrolet (OC), with the employees in the service department, body shop, and the enterprise satellite office was wonderful. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and understanding. My numerous inquiries about my vehicle were answered by very cooperative and patient employees. Leaving my vehicle at OC made me feel comfortable and relaxed in knowing that my vehicle repairs would receive excellent care. It was obvious to me that the employees at OC take pride in their job performance and are very trustworthy. I will always take my vehicle to OC for service.

2015 Chevy Equinox Purchase

I brought my father to Ourisman Chevy to purchase a new vehicle. 30 days prior, he was hit by another driver who ran a red light and totaled his '07 Equinox that he purchased from this same dealership. We were given keys to two model types, the Trax and the Equinox. After text driving both, he settled on the new 2015 Equinox. We did the paperwork and a short time later we were out the door. Much better

Great experience overall. I was promptedly greeted by a female service writer who took care of me until my assigned service writer was available. Dave's customer service was top notch.
