My experience at your dealership, Ourisman Chevrolet (OC), with the employees in the service department, body shop, and the enterprise satellite office was wonderful. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and understanding. My numerous inquiries about my vehicle were answered by very cooperative and patient employees. Leaving my vehicle at OC made me feel comfortable and relaxed in knowing that my vehicle repairs would receive excellent care.
