Clean facility

The issue never surfaced no service was performed. The service manager kept in touch to let us know they were persistent in trying to find the problem.

Awesome

This was my first time buying a car so I was really nervous because I had gotten so much advise of what not to do. Ken and Magnus were very patient as I changed my mind several times. In the end, I got a car a love and free lunch for my boyfriend!

Great Service

This is the first time that I purchased a new Chevrolet and it has been a good experience. When I took the car back for its first checkup the service in the service area was excellent. I am glad that I purchased the car and will continue to purchase more . The person who helped me with the paper work and the getting the car back in the bay area to be serviced was also excellent and very knowledgeable about his job. A very good experience and will come back again. Thanks for the good service!!!

Very friendly, awesome interaction and attitudes

Gerald was perfect! When we arrived on your lot, he didn't run down to smother us, he spoke to us and let us walk around the lot. Then he approached us very professionally and took the time to show us whatever we wanted to see. We purchased a car from Ourisman Chevrolet totally due to the contact and interaction we had with the salesman Gerald. He was kind, friendly and not pushy. Also, the financial person was kind and friendly, it's not what usually happens. Thanks so very much for their time, attention and attitudes.

I had cross out my mile and didn't know needed the money to pay and thanks to alphonso I was able to pay for my oil changed

This was a great experience well do

It was a great exper ience the young lady who hope me was very good she took my car in right away which I was very suprise I was under the impressing that I had to make an appointment because this was about 1:00 this hope me a lot because now I know that I can get my car service most anytime doing working hrs.thanks a bunch for this type of service.

Excellent service

Ourisman did an excellent job. The Service Department explained how they do business. I think it is great to receive four free oil changes and tire rotations in a two year period or when you reach the mileage that is requested. Thanks

In the beginning my service started of very bad since the site does not have enough certified techs to work on transmissions but in the end I was very sattisfied
