Great customer service

I enjoyed being called very quickly by Jay Lambert to identify the problem. He told me to come in the next day and have the sensors reset and that worked properly. I am always greeted very nicely by the nice black lady who signs us up, tells us where to go and sit and the very nice lounge area.

Facilities

My experience was excellent until I went to the ladies restroom and the custodial was refilling the soap dispenser without glove on working in restrooms they should have gloves on for safety reason. Other than that the service was excellent.

Great Service

It was an early Morning, Ms.Kathy greeted me with great customer service, then led me to Mr. Jay Lambert. I was in good hands and I was informed of everything that they were doing to my vehicle. After the performance was done, they both again gave me positive feed back on my car. And I was happy with the service they provided. I was very pleased.

Great Dealership!

Gerald Hollard was an excellent salesman! He was friendly, professional, and fun to work with. I also had a great experience with Jim Stone. They both made shopping for a vehicle a breeze. I will definitely be back to shop with them again. I love Oursmin Chevrolet!

Maintenance Check

The rep was vey nice and cordial. Took my car immediately. Very comfortable in the lounge and employees always said "good morning" when passing through. Maintenance service was not long and I was very pleased.
