The sales Caleb Aiyedona and Victoria Cook suck.
The sales Caleb Aiyedona and Victoria Cook suck. The price is not transparent at all, they just use a fake low price to attract people to ask, for example, their selling price is about $35000, then the out door price is $47000, including Freight fee:$1995, IKon fee: $1295, Platium Promise: $3895, all B.S. fees. And their attitude are negative at all, just didn't reply to my email more than a day and then told me the car I was interested was sold. Bad experience. Waste of my time.

Especially, when the customer doesn't have the down payment at the time of purchase. I had a great sales person named Raymond and I was buying
I had a great sales person named Raymond and I was buying a pre owned T4R Online. After multiple phone calls and negotiating. We agreed upon a price on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. I made a several thousand dollar deposit. They took my personal information, my insurance and drivers license information. And the next day After multiple phone calls from me I saw them increase the price on the listing overnight instead of removing it from an online presence. No one would return my call. I asked how I could finish paying for the vehicle and make arrangements to pick it up. Finally after 10’hours and several messages (and the GSM office disconnected me) , Aaron Tucker called and reneged on the deal. He said they couldn’t honor the price they agreed to. This $800 million dealership could not honor and have integrity for a deal finalized and a deposit made in good faith, which they accepted from hard-working Out Of State single mom who found what she wanted at an affordable price. Basically, they’re saying they made agreement to sell it to me at a price that didn’t make them enough money, so now they aren’t showing integrity and refused to sell the vehicle. They accepted a deposit on it. They have a sale. We Discussed picking me up from the airport, told me how far the beaches were so that I could do some ocean visiting while I was in the area. —clearly intended to sell me the vehicle unless they’re just scraping personally identifying information to somehow using a negative manner. I’m extremely disappointed and would Just like them to show integrity honor the deal and complete the sale at the price we agreed. Its what comes out when you're squeezed that matters. Ourisman CDJR of Bowie shows no probity. Sad really, example of the haves preying on the little guy. Definitely epitomizes some rich men north of Richmond..

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your frustration and want to clarify the situation regarding the vehicle you were interested in. The vehicle in question was recently traded in and had not yet undergone our standard inspection process to ensure it meets our quality and safety standards. As such, the initial price agreed upon was based on its current condition, and we indicated that adjustments might be necessary to bring it up to our standards for a safe and reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication or error in our listing process which led to confusion about the price. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. Our intention is always to provide transparent and fair pricing, and we regret that this was not effectively communicated in your case. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. Please let us know if there's anything further we can do to address your concerns or if you have any questions about the vehicle. We are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our customers and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust.
FALSEHOODS galore! Ourisman CDJR of Bowie, Please provide the RO showing what reconditioning was done on my vehicle (2016 T4R TRD PRO) to justify a $6500 price increase. When a vehicle is traded in by another they sign a POA. Then you book it, pull VIN, mileage, etc and it shows in your inventory in your Dealer Management Software (DMS) - You've ACV'd it (actual cash value) at that point YOU KNOW what it's worth. The DMS then sends it out and the ACV is now there, BUT if a price hasn't been entered, it would state "call dealer for price,” or “new inventory, coming soon." something to that effect (because the "price" box in your DMS would be EMPTY/BLANK - meaning there wouldn't have been any price shown online) - none of this was the case- the used car manager had already sent it back for reconditioning and that had been DONE and accounted for ( I know this because my sales advisor informed me of exactly that !) So nothing additional that you claim above is actually accurate, in fact it's a flat falsehood stating it hadn't “undergone standard inspection or brought up to safe and reliable condition.” LITERALLY LIES for the other customers you hope to fleece - the "Initial price" you refer to, went through my sales advisor and two sales managers - so I'm pretty sure there wasn't "miscommunication" with three people signing off on it and the finance department verifying and accepting my deposit. I literally asked if I could finish payment in full on my credit card. The day I bought the 2016 T4R Pro, my sales advisor and I had EIGHT phone calls and multiple texts ensuring and wrapping up the deal. I asked for a bill of sale showing it was mine and he sent me a document which i accepted in good faith was the contract to sell it to me since it had the price, taxes & fees, my deposit and a balance due. He told me how my new T4R was spectacular and truly gorgeous (I had asked about dealer reconditioning/detailing, fluids and mechanics and was told on your "recorded line" that it had undergone your multi-point inspection that all used vehicles receive per company policy upon intake and had passed with flying colors. He gushed over how immaculate condition the 4runner was when he actually got inside it, and stated he would double check that the fluids (differential and tranny) I had specifically inquired about had in fact, been changed during your reconditioning/multi point inspection process which was complete. Therefore, reconditioning cost had been accounted for and the vehicle put out live for sale, with a specific price WHICH I AGREED to and paid consideration- I paid money (something you wanted) in exchange the vehicle (something I wanted) - by law, that’s a contract. We had a mutual understanding of what was taking place - a sale of the vehicle to me. We discussed picking me up at the airport, nearby beaches I could visit. You collected my personal information, DL, proof of insurance, etc. Ultimately, you received a lot of inquires about this T4R and realize you could make more money and instead of standing by your promise to sell it to me, you're choosing who you serve- the almighty dollar. Your word is your currency. It’s what comes out when you are squeezed that matters. You have a deal with a customer - me - and the opportunity to regain my trust would be NOT to renege but to treat me fairly and complete the deal at the price you agreed to. Integrity, Ethics, probity, rectitude, - it's how you earn and keep customers- don't just type the words in a public forum that you hope others will respond favorably to, but live them. It's what you do when no-one is looking that matters. Be an honorable dealership, because thus far - that's not the case. I’m doing all I can, so I will just stand.

Very poor experience with this dealer and the General
Very poor experience with this dealer and the General Manager. Pricing was "ok" but the arrogance and the attitude I received while I was at the dealer was unbelievable! They offered me one price and of course when I got to the dealership ready to purchase, they took $2k off of my trade. The morning I showed up I noticed that they had lowered the price of the truck that I was looking at. They said they would not honor that price since I spoke with them the day before. So lower my trade and not honor the price you have your truck listed at. They did a workup sheet and added $10k worth of garbage to the price including a $5k extended warranty. I declined all of the fat they added to the price which made their attitude towards me get even worse. The extended warranty then became $995 instead of $4,995!! So they basically tried to cheat me out of $4k! I continued to decline their offers. Once we agreed on a price they put the finance guy on me and he tried to resell me all the garbage they had already put in front of me except this time the prices were MUCH higher. In fact the one package would have cost me $25K!!! I left there with just the truck. While walking out, I said thank you to the GM. He could not even look at me and just said "yup." I have never dealt with such rude behavior and arrogance while purchasing a vehicle. I would not suggest going here but if you do be ready to fight for yourself. I did find humor in the email that I received asking for nothing but 10's and 5 stars on any reviews that I might leave. I was asked to contact them to discuss if my reviews would be anything else. I replied back and told them they did not deserve good reviews and I have never heard anything in response.
