The technician are straight garbage.

The technician are straight garbage. Every time I drop my vehicle off, at pickup it's always a problem. I tell my service writer about the problem, no action. What in the world is going on at this dealership. VERY DISAPPOINTED. YOU GUYS NEED TO DO BETTER

Very patient and honest. Reggie the sales manager was awesome. Raymond, our salesmen was patient and fantastic. Joe, the finance manager was also very patient and awesome throughout the whole process

Texted in advance of showing up to test drive a car.

Texted in advance of showing up to test drive a car. Arrived to find out the vehicle was trapped behind another vehicle, then turned out it had no battery, showing how well the dealership cares for its existing inventory. We sat around with no one helping or informing us for about 2 hours. Finally had to coax management to talk numbers with us, only to find out the offer price was $5k over what was advertised on the website (conveniently the price changed on the website within 24 hours somehow). After we arrived at a reasonable price point, we came back a few days later with intention to buy the car. This took another 3 hours because there was only one person working in the finance department. They finally elected to have another finance representative from a next door dealer come to help. This was when I learned the paperwork originally completed by the Salesperson misrepresented the actual mileage on the car by over 1500 miles. I've never met a business that was so untruthful in their pricing and mileage, and so cumbersome and resistant to accepting money. On top of this, no effort was made to compensate the massive waste of my time on either visit.

Purchasing my new vehicle from them wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and very professional. All of my questions about financing and insurance were thoroughly answered. The entire process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.
