I bought a 2017 jeep cherokee 5 weeks ago from Ourisman
I bought a 2017 jeep cherokee 5 weeks ago from Ourisman Jeep in Bowie (it will came with a limited warranty for 2 months that excludes brake pads and rotors). My brakes starting squeeling and they just told me to replace all 4 pads and rotors will cost $2,400! Are you kidding me? Has anyone paid that much for a brake job? And even though I had a service appointment scheduled, it took them over 3 days to give me the estimate. Need less to say, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer nor will I have them service the vehicle - ever! I love the Jeep but this is absurd.

Your apologize is disingenuous at best in my opinion which is based on my experience. The latest - I also had the car in for service during the warranty period because my check engine light was on because of the ESIM switch. It came on initially during our test drive and it was reset which didn’t fix the problem. You told me it would cost $600 to replace - that’s for a $50 part and 15 minutes of labor which is how long it took me to replace it. Never again will I trust or get fooled into stepping on Ourisman property.

Absolute worst!
Absolute worst!!! They lie Prices look good on the internet then the fees on the back end dont make it worth it. Kunta is some kind of manager he lies Cynthia was my sales person she didn't know anything about the options on the Grand Cherokee which I paid cash for. And the finance gut treated my wife and I like trash. When the tags and registration came in and mailed to me, I only had 6 months on the tag. Now I have to deal with DMV in six months. I paid for more time, and 800 dollars for Ourisman to do the paperwork. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE< ANYWHERE ELSE YOU WILL SAVE IN THE LONG RUN

Ourisman corporate followed up with an email. I replied privately with my phone number . I never heard from them.. My reply was 2 weeks ago. Look EW CAR OF ANY KIND AND IN YOUR SEARCH OURISMAN IS THE LOWEST PRICE << JUST KEEP ON GOING WITH YOUR SEARCH> GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. IT WILL BE LESS STRESSFUL AND YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF IN THE LONG RUN. OURISMAN is the WORST>!!!!!
I will say, Ourisman did give me a three-year Tag after my multiple posts they were still difficult to deal with, but they did follow up and give me the additional time on my tag.
