I went car shopping at Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie on 27 March 2015 to look for a new vehicle. Keep in mind; I have not had a new car or a car payment in 10 years. I was so excited about my husband’s new 2015 Jeep that Mr. Johnson sold him the previous day. He convinced me to go check out the Jeeps. I’m glad I did. I was greeted by the entire staff, but one in particular was recommended. His name is Mr. Eddie Johnson. Mr. Johnson made me feel comfortable as well as excited. Mr. Johnson showed me that he was detailed oriented. Based on the amenities I had mentioned to my husband the day before my arrival; Mr. Johnson delivered the perfect Jeep! I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Mr. Johnson was very informative, personable and he answered every question I had patiently. Commonly seen, most car salesmen have no knowledge of the vehicle and have to ask questions or get information from the other salesmen in the showroom. Not Mr. Johnson. His objective was not only to sell me the Jeep, but to make sure I was comfortable buying the right Jeep. With Mr. Johnson’s experience, he not only let me test drive the Jeep but he made sure the Jeep was in tip top shape before I drove off the lot. He also set up the features in the vehicle to include the radio, Bluetooth, navigation, etc. Without reservations, I will recommend friends, family, co-workers and anyone else who is in need of a vehicle to Mr. Johnson.

I drove to Ourisman from Baltimore because I found the vehicle I was looking for online. I had spoken with Kevin Battle on the phone, and was greeted by him when I arrived. We went for a test drive, and quickly began negotiations. We arrived at a number quickly, and I drove away happy. I'll be back in a few years for a Grand Cherokee for my wife. Probably the best experience I have had when buying a car. They were great, and the facility is tremendous!

Everyone from management to my salesmen were friendly and personable. They were diligent in making my car buying experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend them.

my experience with Lauren was probably the best experience i have had with a dealership. im 20 years old and came in, in a hoodie and sweat pants and she came right to me and was as friendly as could be and was extremely professional and treated like a normal customer witch appreciated tremendously. Between her dana and carlos we were able to work a deal on my new truck and couldnt be happier with it.

My sales experience was good , my trying to get a refund check for gap insurance , not a good experience. It's been several trips in to dealership and several calls and still no refund,

My wife and I were on the way to look at a used car. We stopped in Ourisman of Bowie on a whim to see what new cars cost. We ended up buying 2 vehicles off the show room floor. Everyone there was courteous and professional. It was a great buying experience.
