This is my third purchase from Dodge. The customer service experience in and out of the door is pleasant. Billy my salesman is always polite and Dana the finance manager is great and makes putting together a deal at ease. The guy that does the closing where you sign your life away felt like a old friend. I recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this branch.

My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ourisman Bowie. I love my new Jeep and working with Billy, Dana and Carlos was a breeze. My parents surprised me with a Dodge Dart after I total lost my previous car. My dad went as far as to make me think I was helping with groceries out of his car while my mom was cooking and the salesman pulled around the corner with the car. My mouth fell open with shock and then excitement kicked in. My dad loves the Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler brand. I love my car its just perfect for me and Billy the salesman who I met when we were looking for cars when my mom said the car would be totaled is a nice man and even purchased me and my family sodas while we waited on the paper work to get finished.

This car dealership’s manager, finance managers, and my sale professional was wonderful, if you go there ask for Mike Hickerson. I saw a White Dodge Challenger SXT Plus, sitting on the lot a few days earlier and fell in love with it. Mike only called me twice to checking with me, before I decided to give up my Lexus and buy it. It was painless and I was not there all night.
