I made the mistake of going during the busiest hours to get my jeep serviced so I did have to wait a bit, but the staff was super nice and friendly. I didn't mind waiting because they were so funny and nice.

This is one of the best service Department in the area. Mechanical or Electrical Problems. They will repair your vehicle. The service Manager and Rick are very encouraging and supporting. After dealing with other Dealerships, I found this service Center to be very efficient with my Jeep service needs.

Natasha was absolutely fantastic. Her balance of professionalism, friendliness, and caring made me feel like part of a family. I usually hate to spend time going to, and waiting for, my car to get serviced, but with Natasha's approach to me as a customer, I can now say I actually don't mind taking my car in for service, and I actually look forward to it knowing the car (and myself) are well taken care of.

It took almost two weeks to fix a factory recall which contributed to my vehicle not starting. I never received follow up calls on the progress of my vehicle, no return calls concerning a loaner, and at one point in the 13 days my vehicle was at this facility the tech indicated they didn't know why the car was not starting after the recall part was replaced. I had to actually call the manager to get progress and status of my vehicle The customer service was horrible, however, previous times it was slightly above average.

It was a very good experience, we were able to finish in the same day and leave with our new car. I am Completely satisfied.
