In the past I haven't had best experience at the service center. However this time my advisor Mr. Pai made sure it was easy and fast!

There was a problem with my appointment to have extensive work done on my Jeep Grande Cherokee. My biggest concern was the loaner car I was told would be available to me by the call center when I made the appointment was not available. I was very upset however the service consultant team of Pai and Natasha worked together to not only fit me in but also to get me a loaner. They were able to turn what started as a very bad experience into an extremely positive one. I can’t give them enough praise.

I was just in for an oil change, and was originally told it would be at least 2 hours. But the team did a great job and got me in and out under that time. Not only did they take care of me but all employees in the office are friendly and don’t have any issues making sure you are getting taken care of.

For the most part, it was a pleasant experience. My only issue is that I thought I was purchasing a car for $29,000 but when all was said and done, it was nearly $40,000. Those add-on fees are absurd.
