Tried to get an oil change
Tried to get my oil changed today and was turned away. First your representative greeted me with "What do you want?" I asked for an oil change and he said they weren't doing them today. I said I could leave the car and pick it up on Monday to which he responded, "Probably won't be able to do it until late Monday.", and then walked away. Go somewhere else to get your car serviced. I have Mopar so it should have been a free oil change, in the future I won't waste my time trying to go there.

No nonsense, easy going service.
Ourisman CDJR in Bowie was very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process. They worked with me to get the car i wanted that was in another dealer's inventory. If you want an easy going, no nonsense car-buying experience, then go to Bowie CDJR and see Raymond or Cesar, who were both professional amd approachable.

I took my Jeep here for repairs and Natasha was the one who helped me. She was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done with my vehicle. It took approximately 2 weeks (other things not seen initially were wrong) and she called me every step of the way and kept me updated without me having to call and ask myself!

Waste of time
Waited over a week for photos of advertised vehicle for sale. Only to be told it did not pass inspection and would be over 5,000 in repairs , and is no longer for sale. However, vehicle still for sale on cars.com. Waste of time.

I can understand your frustration and I hope you can understand ours as well. We are in business to retail vehicles and want nothing more than to sell every car to every customer that we can. Unfortunately, this is a 2006 F-350 Dually Diesel that is too heavy for our shop's license to MD State Inspect. We sent this truck to an individual truck shop for the inspection and I authorized $2,600 worth of all new brakes and rotors for it to pass inspection. Right before they completed the work I received a phone call that the check engine light came on for EGR. The customer that traded it had removed all the EGR equipment and put a dummy in place to look like it was there. Unfortunately, in MD the EGR equipment is required to pass. After the $2,600 we've already invested and having to invest another $2,500 for the EGR equipment there is no way to resell this truck as MD State Inspected. We can however sell this truck out of state with the proper disclosure. We run a very honest and open store and practice honesty with all of our customers. I do apologize that you feel that you wasted your time, that is never our intention. We just didn't have control of this inspection, we provided you with that update as soon as we found out ourselves. Thank you for your review, it will help us better improve our business. courteous, responsive and informative. the wait was a bit long, but i did arrive in the middle of the day and the waiting room etc was fine,. the service person was apologetic for the wait , it was fine.

Preston Smith was outstanding
I couldn’t be any more pleased with the excellent service Preston provided me when I purchased my used 2013 Camaro. He did everything possible to make sure I got the car of my dreams. By far the best experience I have ever received purchasing a vehicle. I cant say the same for my experience with the financial part of purchasing my car. Chad Silla was very insistent that I purchase gap insurance and extra warranty insurance. He failed to mention it added $2,600.00 to the final price of my purchase. My fault, I won’t let that happen again.

Great experience. Looking forward to using the service department. I didn't use the service department before on my previous car because the service department didn't exist. I use the Chevy dealer one time and did not like it.

Excellent service from Raymond,. He made the car buying experience painless as I have had issues in the past. He was extremely professional, patient, and understanding to my specific situation. I traveled from Woodbridge Virginia because I was referred from a close friend.
