Recall Appointment

Just had a great experience here. Had an appointment for a recall on my Ram 1500. After arrival and before I had even spoken to the service advisor, the truck was being prepped with plastic on the seats and paper protectors on the floorboards. The service adviser was great. Got the truck in immediately and the job was completed in less than 30 minutes! Outstanding! Very cordial and helpful. Really what you would hope for when you get service done! Even had the truck washed before returning to me! Had another recall done in Prince Frederick and the difference between the two experiences was striking. Any service I need will be done in Bowie!

Great service

Great sales team. They took time making g sure I was satisfied with the deal. Don also went to stream lengths to make sure I was buying the car with all of the features important to me.

Disaster

Me and my family bought a brand new Jeep Renegade, the sales personnel (Trevor and Spencer and also the sales manager Matti were all very nice. We went home with all smiles with our new Jeep. After days of using it, we discovered that the rear power window was not working. We called Jeep service but were unable to get schedule so I decided to visit the dealer and talk to Paul (also a very nice human being) and finally got the service schedule. On the day of service after a day of waiting they told me that hey would need to order a spare po art for the window. As of this writing, it’s been week and I have not heard anything from them. I HAVE A BRAND NEW JEEP RENEGADE AND THE POWER WINDOW IS NOT WORKING... BRAND NEW! (would you be happy)

No Worries

I'm not much of a talker. They did what I expected and I'm happy. Richard Poppe is a great service clerk. I'd recommend him even on side jobs.

Efficient and friendly

Your salesman, Patrick Stewart is a car guy. i enjoyed talking to him about performance cars in general and the performance vehicle i wanted to purchase, the Jeep Grand Cherokee TrackHawk. He was very knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. He has been helpful even after the purchase. He made the whole car buying experience very easy.

Great communication

Great customer service and communication provided by the service agent, especially about when my truck was ready to be picked up. They even resolved a brand new recall issue which had not even been released at the time I dropped off the car, That saved my a trip back to have it taken care of later.
