New Jeep Purchase- Return Customer
Overall great experience. Dealership was very busy but they had a salesperson greet me right away. The Vehicle I wanted was at another location and they had the vehicle on route to dealership. Meanwhile, I was able to test drive a similar model. Reasonable price negotiations and accomodating to my financial needs. Emmanuel and Monty were personable, attentive and listened. Emmanuel went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and quick as possible. There was an issue with listing discrepancies and Monty resolved it to my overall satisfaction. I will return for future purchases

Not impressed
Saw a vehicle online advertised by this dealer at what appeared to be a great price. Turns out that price was with a lot of "discounts and incentives" many of which I did not qualify for. My price was 4K more than the advertised price. I made a better deal elsewhere.

Purchased new car
There was a little too much back and forth and lost a few trades I wanted that is why only a 4. However they got the deal done and me into the van I wanted. I would buy again from them

Worst service center experience ever
I drop my car off on Tuesday night had an appointment for Saturday morning. Called Saturday just to say that the battery died and have to pay $175 to tell me the issue and couldn’t fix because jeep doesn’t have jeep batteries. I would never go there again. The worst experience ever. Pie didn’t help at all and kept saying he is busy but this is his job. I will be calling cooperate and speaking to someone and had no rentals for me.

Outstanding service technicians
The support staff was very helpful and courteous. The work was done promptly and neatly. The facility itself was very clean and waiting room had Wi-Fi, and refreshments. The surface technician working on my car explained what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take. I really appreciated receiving that information.

Finance lowered my experience
Preston was awesome as a sales rep. Donna a disapointment as a finance rep. Because of her, I did not get a discount from Tower. She told me I could negotiate that with Tower. NOT TRUE. According to Tower, must be done at time of loan. VERY IRRITATED.

My wife and I came in and had a vehicle in mind due to the vehicle we had there wasn’t many options for us. We were showed a 2018 Dodge Journey and we love it, excellent vehicle, the whole team there at dodge were great friendly and helps us out tremendously! From my family to yours, thank you!
