Brittany was amazing!

Brittany was amazing! Everyone was do nice and helpful. I have struggled at other Jeep dealers with staff not being helpful or honest with me! I am grateful for Manny who lead me Bowie's location!

Service was quick and same day, however, I was charged an extra $24.00 for miscellaneous fees that nobody could explain. It would be nice ( and honest) to define all cost so we know what we are paying for.

I was greeted by a wonderful young lady. She explained the process to me, asked me to make myself comfortable and she would find me when she needed me. The waiting area was clean and comfortable! The service I requested took the amount of time expected. From checking in to taking care of bill, staff was very helpful and polite. My salesperson Mr Cooksley was awesome. Very attentive and detailed had things waiting for me so i had not to spent needless time in dealwrship. Lady in closinf and everyone were very gracious. I will highly recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you all.

Was a very efficient process, everyone seemed nice and I

Was a very efficient process, everyone seemed nice and I felt I didn't have much to worry about. Had a concern with vehicle's battery - they replaced it and allowed me to get it inspected at their Honda dealership, just to make sure everything was in place. 2 months in so far and no car troubles - I'd recommend this dealership to anyone in the area.
