The dealership was awesome and did amazing foot work to get me in my 2020 Jeep Cherokee ASAP after my vehicle was stolen!!! They made it easy and painless!!!

Great first experience with the service department at this dealership. Layna was great! I will definitely be back. The service and atmosphere was excellent. The follow up survey was almost immediately replied to; which shows this dealership cares about its customers. In a very positive way, this dealership is night-and-day in comparison to DARCARS Dodge in Camp Springs that I’d been previously going to for a bunch of years. They’re the absolute worst. They don’t respond to reviews or follow up requests; and overall poor service. Total opposite of Bowie Ourisman Dodge. I’ll never go back to DARCARS Dodge and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. For overall great service, I highly recommend Ourisman Dodge of Bowie.

On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep

On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". Eye contact, respect for me as a customer/ human being and not as "the guy with the malfunctioning Jeep". He was patient to a fault. Great example of "just getting the job done the right way". 5 stars, at least.
