Michele, I completely get your frustration. Regrettably, the paint on your Jeep in the trunk turned out to be defective. We've already sent it to the body shop and set you up with a loaner. However, the Jeep logo is currently on backorder. Once it arrives, your car will be good to go. Thanks a lot for choosing us, and I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Wait…you’re saying the paint “on my trunk” was defective?? Wouldn’t that mean the paint on the entire car is defective? When they painted the car at the factory, wouldn’t they have used the same paint on the whole car??

Pattie mannerism was on point, she walked me through everything I needed to know about purchasing a vehicle.
