Awesome Customer Service
Monty greeted me as soon as I came in and assigned someone to me immediately. Tyler listened to my needs and brought me exactly what I wanted to see. He did not push anything on more nor force me to look at other things. I appreciate that. Finally Ms. Smith was very nice and did an awesome job in closing out the deal. She was very understanding to my needs and exceeded my expectations of service. I was in The dealership for no more than 2 hours (if that). I will be certainly bringing a friend to this dealership in a few weeks. Hopefully we get to see the individuals I had the pleasure of working with.

Great Customer Service
I was in the market for a new car after my car suddenly broke down on me. With time of the essence, Raymond jumped into action and found me the perfect Jeep that fit within my budget and needs. The transaction was easy, fast, and most importantly, stress free! Raymond was responsive and patient; he took the time out to listen to exactly what I wanted in a vehicle, and he delivered!

CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED
After reading all the glowing reviews we thought this would be a great place to purchase our new Dodge RAM. Our dream truck purchase turned into a NIGHTMARE as soon as they had our money. The salesperson was phenomenal, very helpful and knowledgeable (Vincenzo). It all fell apart from financing forward. The Finance rep we had was completely inept (Ash, has British accent) and actually put the WRONG NAME on our documents and we had to then go back and sign NEW documents. This was a huge inconvenience as we do not work normal hours nor live near the dealership. Additionally, there was a discrepancy over taxes. We asked the Finance rep, many times, to verify there would be NO FEE as a result of doing the transaction the way HE recommended and he said no. He was also handling multiple deals at the time and rushing through our transaction. He said don't worry about it, we do this all the time etc. So we left. Later we find out his error was going to cost us over $600 in taxes. We began calling the dealership (GOOD LUCK) and they went to all the wrong people who either had nothing to do with the situation or no authority to do anything about it. We left messages for the General Manager (Levi Haslup) that went unreturned. We finally had to GO BACK there in person to meet with the GM unannounced. Levi insinuated that blame lay on both sides which it clearly DID NOT. He offered to pay some of the fee but not all. That is not fair if ALL the blame is theirs then they should pay ALL the fee. Additionally, the truck was sold to us with a broken back up camera and with part of the truck bed cover falling off that had to be glued back on. We've had to involve the Maryland Attorney General and are now in the process of suing them in small claims court. Complete nightmare. This should tell you something future buyer. If they aren't willing to assume responsibility for $600 on a $52k+ truck purchase, what will they do to you if you have a much larger issue?

Mr. Customer, I appreciate you visiting today and am disappointed that your expectations were not met. You traded a vehicle that doesn't qualify for a Maryland Tax credit. We did everything we could on our end to secure this state credit for you however you don't qualify according to Maryland Law. If this was a dealership fee I would, of course, be open to removing most if not all of the fee. This balance is a Maryland Fee and they will not negotiate. I don't feel holding the dealership responsible for your tax is appropriate. As a show of good will to a new customer I offered to absorb $400 of the $660 owed in Maryland fees. Today you also mentioned an intermittent issue with your backup camera. I offered to provide you a no cost loaner while we diagnose and fix at no charge to you. Trade In Purchase
This was my second purchase. Upgraded from a Jeep Cherokee to a Grand Cherokee. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Raymond is very knowledgeable, helpful and most of all honest. Donna was wonderful to work with.
