I woke up today feeling crappy, but when I came to the Bowie Chyrsyler Jeep Dodge Ram Ourisman dealership it turned my day completely around! It started with me looking for a particular car online, I called the dealership and spoke with Raymond. Raymond assured me that even if they did not have what I wanted they would get it! Upon my arrival i met Raymond right at the door, and I was greeted with a smile by all staff. I didn’t even feel obligated feeling that I had to buy anything. Then comes my trade in. A deal breaker for me was that my trade in had to be paid off in order for me to purchase anything no if ands it buts; A MUST! So here comes Mr. Lew with pen and paper, in my mind I knew he wasn’t gonna pay off my car. Within 20 minutes I got my quote back. It was over what I owed! . Lew was more generous than I have ever experienced in the financial team when it comes to trade in’s. Then came the actual purchase. The vehicle I fell in love with was a bit higher that what I was approved for by my credit union. My husband and I was not trying to pay the sticker price off course. So Raymond and Monty worked together and in all I saved over 5,000! I was very surprised to see what they were willing to give me the vehicle for! My husband and I made a deal right then and there! Then I met the lovely Ms. Donna in finance, she was a breathe of fresh air with her customer service! She was so kind and was on the money when it came to getting my finances in order. She knew what she was doing and was so knowledgeable. Overall my experience here was phenomenal. The entire staff was was so professional and pleasant. I would only consider coming back to this location even though it’s almost a hour drive from me and even though I have a dodge dealership only 10 minutes frome me. I was about to purchase a new Santa Fe with Hyundai next door to Jeep. On my way to Hyundai to finish the process that I started, an impulse set in to stop and poke my head in at Ourisman Jeep before making the final commitment to Hyundai. I was greeted by Emmanuel Kisob. He went out of his way to show me many vehicles and explained all the features and remained very patient. We had some great meaningful conversations during our time together. He is so friendly, playful and an intelligent man. Getting to know him and his personal background kept my interest while waiting throughout the process. I learned much from his perspectives of life and raising children. I felt very comfortable with him as if we've known each other for much longer than my time working with him. Monty Harika, the sales manager, was also amazing and would do anything to make me happy. He offered me more on my trade for my 2012 BMW X5d and located the exact vehicle that met my needs, which was in another state and had it delivered the next day. Monty also gave me a better quote than Hyundai for a Better quality vehicle. I would hear the team say multiple times, "What can we do that makes you happy". There was no pressure to commit after seeing/driving the new vehicle. I knew when I first sat in the new Jeep Grand Cherokee, that there was no comparison to Hyundai or any other brand out there. The quality of sitting in the cabin of a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited, with all the best tech and safety features was enough to make me change my mind. Beautiful vehicle. I've been to Toyota, Honda, Ford and Hyundai. Some with bad customer service. Ourisman Jeep is what drew me in and kept me. Donna Jones, the financial manager was very efficient and informative. I also got to know her off topic from discussing the financial aspects. She's got a heart of gold. What an amazing experience to have! Ourisman has a wonderful team of professionals that will take care very good of you. I highly recommend you go no further! I'm a very happy and excited new owner! Thank you to the team at Ourisman!
