Sale/Finance Review or Service
I had an enjoyable experience with my rep, Tyler. He was knowledgeable and didn't force himself to sell me on something else but to satisfy me needs of what I was looking. I happen to have done my due diligence on the vehicle I wanted. The finance folk, Chu, was not a pushover and aimed to satisfy needs. Again, I enjoyed my experience.

Wrangler!!!!
If "Customer Service" could be a car, then Raymond's customer service skill set would be a Metallic Silver Sports Unlimited Wrangler! WHY? BECAUSE Metallic is well-polished and Mr. Raymond was EVERY BIT of that! Very knowledgeable in every car on the lot. Sports, because of his ability to be quick and efficient when dealing with his customers. My process was very SMOOTH. Unlimited, because his unlimited amount of patience and infectious energy he provided while during business with him. Raymond performs as if this place is not a job, which allowed me to witness his outstanding compassion for his customers, the company, and sending people home happy. Amazing, Awesome experience
I started on line looking for a Jeep, we came across the color we wanted and the model which led us to Jeep of Bowie. When we arrived the vehicle was parked in the front, We sure felt special. We were greeted and introduced to our salesman Spencer. Spencer was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and explained and showed us all the features and how they operated. Very impressed. We went for the test ride, it was awesome.... Returning to the dealership to do the paperwork was a breeze; we were out of there in about two hours or less. The finance director Chu Park was fantastic. The entire experience from beginning to end was incredible, fast, and professional. Spencer and Chu are terrific. Thank you to Jeep of Bowie. We will be back!!!!

Excellent Customer Service From Beginning to End
I was having trouble with my car ((I'll just say it was a GM vehicle) and I had spent about 3 weeks trying to find a replacement. I had tried without any luck to work with my prior dealer, but they seemed to be too busy to return my calls. I was not really in the market for an SUV at the time but I happened to see a commercial about a Jeep Compass. Upon further research I really liked the size and the upgraded interior options. I went over to Ourisman Dodge Jeep Ram in Bowie and met with Raymond Walford. He showed me a fantastic brand new 2017 model. I was looking for a 2018, but Raymond reminded me that the 2017 was packed with extra financing incentives and it had almost all of the available upgraded options included at a great price. It was a color I liked and was totally new only 20 miles on it. I had somewhat of a large balance owed on my trade and was worried I would not get a high enough offer to make it worth, it, but the Sales/ Finance team, Monty Harika and Mr. Park made it work, so that I was able to completely pay off my old car and get a brand new one with only a slight increase in my monthly payment. I was very happy with my purchase experience here, there were no high pressure sales tactics. I met with Raymond on a Wednesday evening and by Saturday, I came back to take a 2nd look at the Compass. Raymond went through the entire process with and made sure I understood all the features of the vehicle and explained the purchase process to me in detail. I was very appreciative that Raymond and the other team members I worked with took the time to explain and be patient with me as I deliberated such a large purchase. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received here and would certainly recommend this dealership to someone looking for a new vehicle.

Will not use Them
Terrible experience. Saw a Jeep that has been sitting for 55 days. They said it is priced high because of Hurricane Irma and Jeeps are more expensive. Then he said he rather sell it at auction in 5 days for $27000, when it hits 60 days, instead of come down past $29500.
