brought car in on a recall had to bring back after i left and heater would not blow any air out brought back and now only blows cold air and they want to charge to fix what a scam car was fine before i let them touch it. Avoid Gresham ford like the plague. running scams called me a liar and said it was that way before i brought it in total lie was working great before they touched it i will never use them and tell anyone i ever discus cars with what a bad scamming place Gresham Ford is. absolute garbage.

A lot of places to buy a car for sure but look no futhure. I had a great experience here. It takes me an over the top experience to write a review but I found mine with this place worthy. Nice friendly staff prices beat everything else I looked at and the whole experience from beginning to end was great. Never felt pressured and at the end of the day I got a great truck at a great price. Who could ask for more?

I'm wondering why I got charged over $220 for a part that
I'm wondering why I got charged over $220 for a part that I could get online for around $70? That wasn't including installation! A bit of gouging going on there!

Excellent Service!!!! I took my car in for service and I was told 3 hours as they were super busy. I was called and informed that my service was going to be free , as they were going to be longer than the anticipated hours.

My drivers side wiper was not working due to ice falling onto it. I could not see out of the drivers side windshield. I called Gresham Ford to see if they could look at it and the service dept said bring it in. Then when I got there the person at the counter said they couldn't even lift the hood to see if the wiper arm was broke. Said" they just started back to work after the bad storm and I would have to schedule an appt and leave it for two days and tear a part the cover to be able to see if it needed and motor. He was really not respectful and this is not the first time. I have been bringing my two Ford vehicles for years and No more to Gresham Ford. Note: I called another Ford Dealership and got it fixed in 30 minutes and was only that the wiper had been knocked out of sink when the ice slid down my windshield. I was without power and heat, phone, and wifi for 5 days so my ability to cope with his attidude was past its limit. I have spent thousands of dollars and purchased my car new there so I'm done. They use to be really nice but now that my car in older not so very pleasant to work with.

Amazing Experience at Gresham Ford
I have a friend who was having trouble with her older Ford Explorer overheating. She was laid-off due to COVID-19 and is a single mom raising 2 boys. I called Gresham Ford and told them what what going on with her vehicle. The Service Manager that I spoke to was very polite, understanding and accommodating. I was able to make an appointment for her to drop it off the next morning. I talked to my friend and she said dropping off her car went very smoothly. She said often times she has felt disrespected by staff at car repair shops. But, she said her experience at Gresham Ford was very different. She said they were caring, helpful and very respectful. My friend said Gresham Ford went above and beyond in communicating with her and helping her to understand what needed to be done to her car. They also were much more affordable than she thought a dealership would be. Thank you Gresham Ford for taking such good care of my friend and her car!

Horrible Service
DON'T GO HERE for repair or service work. Had them do a multipoint inspection before a big roadtrip. Car broke down a week later. Here is what they missed: - Master break cylinder leaking badly, caused BREAK FAILURE in mountains! - Front control arms ball-joints visibly damaged, risking steering failure - Transmission fluid way too low, causing transmission failure - Break fluid long overdue for a change, causing further break problems - Engine idler to loose, risking engine overheating Am yet waiting to find an agreement with this place to get compensation and an explanation as to why they endangered our lives (e.g. break failure). After two weeks still no luck getting an appointment.
