This guy is amazing, Words cannot express how wonderful

This guy is amazing, Words cannot express how wonderful he is. He understood every concern I had and helped get me into the vehicle I wanted. Highly recommended, its not all about the sale with him he cares about his customers.

I was on the hunt for an Atlas with very specific options

I was on the hunt for an Atlas with very specific options and colors. I found the exact one that I wanted online at this dealership and emailed them right away. They were very responsive and informative. I explained that I lived almost 2 hours from them and they were happy to start my purchase online through email. I placed a security deposit on the vehicle because it would be a few days before I had time to make the drive to go get it. Once I arrived, they already had the vehicle ready to drive off the lot and my paperwork started. I was in and out in no time. My sales person was well informed and educated on her product and made sure I understood all of the details of my new vehicle. The sales manager was quick to complete his end of things. And Angel in finance was great too. She had a no xxxxxxxx attitude and was very transparent about all of my options. I consider myself well versed in finance and car buying and it was the first time I left a dealership without someone trying to “mansplain” something to me or use scare tactics to push me to buy extra things. I was given a fair price for my trade and a fair price on my new vehicle. It was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had and highly recommend them.

I have bought a car from here, and i have had a very bad

I have bought a car from here, and i have had a very bad experience from every department in this dealership. Sales manager is RUDE and sales team does not know how to write my name and address without spelling mistakes although i gave him my DL. I got to correct them multiple times and When the same data went to Tags and title guy he made the same mistakes in the title application. very inefficient team through out made my buying experience a nightmare.

Service review.

Service review. BUYER BEWARE NEVER GO HERE!!!! If I could give this company negative stars I would. I came in for service regarding a check engine light and squeeking sound when driving. I was quoted around $400 for diagnostic each is ridiculous and well above the industry standard. They said it goes into repair so I okayed thinking, okay maybe the work might cost that much and so my total bill will be around there. They called me back later that afternoon with a diagnosis and asked me if I should go ahead with work for $540. I asked over the phone 3 times, to confirm that $540 would be the final price. All 3 instances were affirmed. I felt like this was super high for this work, but I okayed it. When I went to pick up the vehicle the next day, the invoice was over $900. I was lied to over the phone. After back and forth they took off $100 but they successfully stole $300 from me. I had to give them my card number in order to initiate the refund. I am still awaiting that, so hopeful they don't steal again. It's pure bait and switch robbery. Do not EVER go here.

Worst customer service from a car dealership ever.

Worst customer service ever experienced from a car dealership. Getting a simple proof of purchase of prepaid maintenance that I purchased with my TAOS became a nightmare. It is impossible to get to the right person or the right department. Nobody knows to whom or where your call should be directed to. After several attempts on my part and failed promises from dealership personnel I accidentally and randomly landed at the finance department and found out that this is where I was supposed to be directed. The staff member there could not figure out my email address which should already be on file. Then she failed to send the confirmation of address email. When I called her again to let her know that I did not receive the email, she told me that she was getting annoyed. Finally, she promised to mail it. But, just like before with other personnel at the dealership, the promise was never fulfilled, and I am still waiting. Please, never purchase from Ourisman if you have any respect for your time and psychological integrity, no matter what they offer you. believe me, those are just deceptive promises. You will regret if you overlook my advice.

From the moment I arrived at the dealership everyone was friendly and the environment was incredibly welcoming! The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, when usually it can be very stressful. Erick was a WONDERFUL salesman. He listened to all of my wants, concerns and needs, and made sure we found the perfect car for me. He was throughout and made sure to walk me through every step of the process. I felt at ease and knew I made the right decision coming to this dealership.

My experience with this dealership was unprofessional to say the very least. When I walked into the showroom, there was literally no one available to show me the vehicle - they had to get someone from the dealership next door. When it came time to discuss the price and terms, the person seated at the front desk seemed bothered that I inquired about a deal. No one sat me down or offered to go through the pricing. I asked to speak to a manager, but apparently wasn’t important enough to have that happen. Even after I told them that I was ready to write a check, nothing. Without question, it was my worst car buying experience and, going forward, I will avoid Ourisman dealerships.

Horrible service center, horrible management.

This facilities service center is nothing more than negligent and deceptive. They are incapable of properly diagnosing the issue you asked them to look into, and will instead bill you for unnecessary repairs rather than be honest they don't know the answer. Service Manager Michael Guard and GM Isaac Guard operate this facility with the lowest of standards, and should not be trusted with your vehicle. There are countless places to have your VW serviced. I highly recommend you go elsewhere, and dont give this place your business. They cost me thousands and within 72hrs their work was falling apart. Absolutely pathetic quality standards and low skilled staff.

Awful service center, and even more horrible management.

Awful service center, and even more horrible management. Do not bring your vehicle here for service. Their service technicians are incapable of identitifying the issue with your vehicle, and will instead bill you thousands for other issues rather than be honest they couldn't find and fix the problem you came for. This facility is deceptive and negligent. Don't say you weren't warned. Look at their reviews, this shadiness is very clearly a pattern of behavior by GM Isaac Chee and Service Manager Michael Guard. You will be sorry if you come here, simple as that.
