PROFESSIONALISM AT ITS BEST !

I first met Ramon Hart in early 2015 while doing information gathering for the purchase of a new CRV. I was so impressed with his knowledge and expertise, I held on to his business card and asked specifically for him when I returned months later, ready to purchase. After dealing with Ramon Hart at Ourisman Honda, I will not purchase from any other dealer. Ramon's professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of Honda vehicles is exemplary. HIs patience and understanding, along with his availability to answer questions and explain details, is commendable. I will recommend Ramon and Ourisman Honda to everyone looking to buy a new vehicle !

Excellent Experience

Thank you, Ourisman Honda for making it pleasant and easy to purchase my new Honda Accord. Ramon Hart worked with me for two months while I decided what I wanted to do. He never rushed me or pushed me but was available to answer my questions. I will not hesitate to come to Ramon for my next car.

Easy, smooth, friendly, patient

I 100% recommend asking for Ramon Hart when buying a new Honda and Joe Rasulzad for financing. The service was exceptional quality and they look out for the best deals for his clients. The dealership as a whole is very welcoming and eager to help out anyone, whether you are buying a car or not.

Awsome Service

I would like to personally thank Orisman Honda for the hospitality that I received. Buying my car was so awesome thanks to Jim Powell. Thank you for my new car. My husband was so grateful to Mr. Powell that he had so much knowledge about his cars that we were very impressed with his professionalism. Cudos to Orisman Honda for Jim Powell down to were I signed on the dotted line. Buying my was incredible.

Happy and Excitement

I have sooooo much excitement with my new veicle. The dealership was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. But I have to say, to buying my Honda, Mr. Jimmie Powell was the most sincere, professional and knew everything I needed in a car. I told my co-workers if you ever need a car this is the place to go. Exceptional Customer Service

This was an experience I will never forget when it comes to buying a car. I can say that this dealership was very clean and customer service was excellent. Honestly, I have never ran into such a wonderful sales person as the gentleman that helped me name Jim Powell. Mr. Powell was so awsome in helping purchasing my new Honda Accord. He took the time to explain everything for me. I appreciate the patience and knowledge that Mr. Powell endure with me. Great Service, Greater Car, Greatest Guy Ever!

Jim was really GREAT! My husband and I already knew what we wanted and Jim delivered just that. He made the whole process super easy and painless. We love our new 2015 Honda Civic and grateful for the awesome service we received. I know we will return in the future to purchase from JIm again--not too soon though!

things changed quickly

I went in today with my family as a first time car buyer. Everything was laid out for our sales rep that I only had a certain amount of funds and wasn't planning on buying a car today but wanted to see if I would be approved for financing for future options. Knowing this, the rep sat me and my family down and went through some paper work, asking a few simple questions here and there. The rep then chooses a car for me to test drive that is way over the price range that I had set previously and gives me wrong information on the vehicle as well. After the completely random test drive is over, we go back inside and the rep fixes a price and tries to pressure me into signing to buy the car without even asking if I was interested in buying this car in specific and with the knowledge that I had no intentions of leaving the lot with a car. Once my family and I try to reexplain my situation, the rep rudely acts as though we wasted his time today and that we were a burden to give any information to. With this said and done, I will never be buying a car from this dealership as the reps mood quickly turned sour after he realized he would not be making a sale through me today. The staff made my family and I very upset and very uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that this visit did not go the way that you felt that it should. We do our best to help buyers find a vehicle that will fit their needs and budget based on their credit and financial situation. Sometimes a newer vehicle may get a longer term or more favorable approval from a lender. That being said, some banks will not even finance some older less expensive vehicles. Again, I'm sorry that this was not made more clear in the process. I wish you luck finding the perfect vehicle for your needs. Ed
