FAT Liar

I came down to see a CPO car April 27th, 2015. My salesman was Don. I was promised that we could negotiate on the price. As a result, Don, the salesman, turned out to be a liar. He tried to make me a fool saying that the car was not certified and wanted me to buy a car at a full price with no any discounts. I showed him a print out where it said exactly "CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED". Also, on their website it said CPO. He said that it was not included in the price. LIAR.

The Volkswagen you traveled from New York to see was priced well below our competition in almost a 500 mile radius. My guess would be that is why you traveled as far as you did, because our price was one of the lowest in the market place. We are always prepared to negotiate and in your case, your offer was simply not reasonable or acceptable. Had we been able to agree on a price, we would have been happy to help you take delivery and complete your paperwork for your state. Finally, we do certify all vehicles that meets the certification requirements. I apologize if there was any confusion over certification. New car purchase with Malcom Howard, Sales

My husband and I are repeat customers with Ourisman Honda in Laurel. We had purchased a vehicle over 2 years ago and found this particular dealer more willing to work with us to purchase a vehicle with a reasonable price. Having been on the internet as well as visiting other dealerships we had a prepared idea of the vehicle and price range we were willing to negotiate. We were late night visitors to the dealership. We were prepared to purchase a vehicle that evening. Mr. Howard patiently worked with us through the test drive and repeated updates as far as price availability as we decided on the model and color. Needless to say, we were there beyond other employees' working hours. We signed papers and were on our way. Thank you, Mr. Howard for your patience and hard work to finish the sale late in the evening. Due to the late night, the inside of the vehicle was less than pristine which I accept and not a complaint. I am sure that if it was earlier in the day it would have been perfect.

Ease of buying a new Honda with Anthony Daveinport

It was a pleasure having Anthony Daveinport as our car salesman. He is a true professional who cared about us and was patient in explaining all our questions and concerns. What we liked best was that we met him a week before and explained our intentions of buying a new car. He never made numerous calls throughout the week to remind us as many salesmen have done in the past. He went out of his way to help my wife be comfortable in driving our new Honda by purchasing a cushion so she could safely drive the car. Don't know many people who would have done that. One and Only Awsome Dealership!

I never experienced such an awsome dealership in my lifetime. Buying me a brand new car for the second time in my life, I could not be any happier. No one can feel so happy like I am now dealing with such talented and professional people. First, Mr. Jim Powell was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable in buying my car. He knew exactly what I was looking for and what is a good investment for me, He knew what he was talking about and explained in details. Mr. Powell listen and he knew what I was looking for in a car. Going thru the whole by the time I finished the whole staff was delightful. Thank you so much Jim for buying my new car like it was very first car. The Best Dealership I ever experienced.

Buying a car for myself has been a great challenge. I almost gave up until one day as I was shopping my girlfriend ask me to check the dealership as we were riding by. So I took a chance to stop in, remind you with reservation, and a cloud of sunshine came over me. When I walked on that lot I felt a sense of relief. This gentleman approach us with such professionalism and politeness. He knew his stuff and when it was time for me what I was looking for, he was the best. Mr. Jim Powell was awsome. He met my every need in what I was looking for in a car. This gentleman was awsome. The atmosphere was great and so was the rest of the staff. Thank you guys so much that I love my brand new car and my girfriend said when it is time for her to buy her new car, she loved the dealership and would come to see Mr. Powell. I am excited and happy with my brand new Honda. Thank you.

The Best Experience Ever!!!!!!

If you are in the market for buying a car that's reliable, want to have great staff wait on you, and be rewarded with awesome discounts on services. Then Ourisman Honda of Laurel is where you need to be. I was able too get a great deal on my 2011 Honda Accord trade for my brand new 2015 Accord. I was in and out in little too no time and salesman Brandon Hickson-Hamilton was very polite as he took care of all of my car needs. I can tell this dealership is all about the customer. You should stop by and test drive their new and used vehicles.

Guys are real nice not like vultures at other dealerships.

Debbie in finance was so wonderful. She made purchasing the car icing on the cake. What a wonderful person to have at this dealership. I think the computer printers could use some updating.

First purchase of a car was a great experience!

This was my first time purchasing a car so the experience was nerve-wracking in itself. Ramon Hart from Ourisman Honda of Laurel made the process extremely smooth and easy and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He went over all of the details of the sale and car with me and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a car!

Mr. Anthony Davenport

This is my second time buying a car at this dealership. I called Mr. Davenport who also sold me my first car. Told him when I would return from deployment and when I would be ready to buy. I had an excellence experience. He had recommendations based on my past experience. Car sales went very smoothly and no hassles. Would highly recommend him to all of my friends and relatives. I have recommended him to my sister who also purchased a car from him.
