Great experience in purchasing a pre-owned 2014 Routan.
Drove down from Newark Delaware to trade in our 2010 Routan on a 2014 Routan. Buying experience was the best I have experienced. Everyone that we had to work with was pleasant and professional. They definitely have the customer service experience as their # 1 priority. I wish we were closer as I would rather have my vehicles serviced their then the local dealer.

Unprofessional approach to sales and parts
I came in the other day to speak with the manger. Not only was I not given permission to do so at first, but I was also treated as if I were an idiot. Having called several times in the past. I figured I'd go in and talk to some one about my problem. Boy was that a waste of time. I am now suffering due to their lack of organization and professionalism.

Highly recommend
Ramon Hart showed me a 2015 Honda Fit when I came in and wasn't certain what I was looking for. He patiently explained details about the Fit and answered all my questions about other Hondas, but the thing I valued the most was that he didn't pressure me at all. Although I did end up buying a new car, I didn't think I wanted one at first. He put me in contact with the used sales department as well so that I could figure out more clearly what I wanted. I found the car I wanted for a lower price elsewhere, but still ended up buying from Ramon because he agreed to match the price and was so nice to work with I couldn't conscionably go somewhere else. If you don't know what you're looking for or want a car salesman who defies the pushy stereotype, I highly recommend Ramon.

Another Honda Purchase
This is my third car purchase from Ourisman Honda of Laurel. My daughter has also purchased a vehicle from this dealership. My salesman, James Jones, got me a great deal on my new Civic. He is very professional and worked diligently to get me into a 2015 Civic within my budget. Debbie Lewis in Finance explained everything to me in great detail and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend James and Debbie if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Honda Accord Purchase
I visited Ourisman Honda to buy my first car after graduating college. The representative who helped me was Anthony Davenport. He was extremely courteous and attentive, and made sure that the vehicle I chose was the one that was best suited to my needs. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure my car buying experience was as smooth and as comfortable as possible. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles and was able to provide detailed answers to all of my questions. Even after the purchase was complete, Anthony helped me learn how to use all of the new car's features. I'm extremely satisfied with my new car, and I highly recommend Ourisman Honda and Anthony Davenport to anyone who is looking to purchase a Honda.

Calm Salesperson
Our salesperson was calm and collected, even though the office was busy. The salesperson had the car I wanted ready to test drive when I arrived. It did take over 3 hours to leave the office with the car though.

they worked with me for sure
Ok it was a little rough at first but they worked with me. I wrote the gm and he worked it out for me . My sales rep honored the price and Debbie worked with me along with buster . I would go back after my last experience with them ! I got my new car and I'm a happy camper now :)

New Honda Civic car purchase
