It was an internet ad that drew us to Ourisman Honda of Laurel. Honda Odyssey was our first choice for a newer used minivan, but because they hold a high resale value, it seemed out of reach. Prepared to even drive out of state to look at a few others in the same price range, we never expected to be home by noon driving just what we wanted! He went "the extra mile" to get a blemish properly repaired. Along with Joe, the finance manager, he got us the best interest rate and monthly payment to fit our budget. We will always enjoy telling the story of a shared joke and his gift of a"New Car Smell" air freshener! What we first liked about Ourisman's was the relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and we also noticed a professional and efficient way of handling customer service. Anthony Davenport made the entire process quick, simple, and easy. I have owned several Honda vehicles for many years. Anthony was very adept at showing me all of the new features on the CRV that would have taken me weeks to learn on my own. The most important part of this experience was the price. The price that was given to me beat all other dealers in the DMV! It wasn't event close. I really appreciated the little things that Anthony did like suggesting that I donate my old vehicle to a worthy charitable organization. There are no hidden costs or surprise fees, and everything was aboveboard when I went to sign the papers.
