I am giving the Sales Consultant Ramon Hart a 5+ rating . This was the best car buying experience I have had. Ramon is a true professional and most important to me is “he listened”!! I was very specific about the model and color of Honda I wanted. Although, they did NOT have the color I wanted –Ramon did NOT try to sell me what they had on the lot. I suggested that if he could locate what I wanted after the Thanksgiving holiday to contact me. True to his word; Ramon emailed to say that he had located the vehicle that I wanted. We communicated via email and telephone—within 90 minutes I was at the dealership and starting the purchase process. Thanks Ramon for being patient and understanding as I had many questions about the different models and new technology. ALSO, I had a quick and smooth experience with Dan in finance. Purchased a 2018 Honda Civic for my son for Christmas and our transaction could not have gone any smoother. I had the experience of dealing with another Honda dealership within the local area. As good as their service was, there was a clear disregard in attempts to communicate and handle things with my needs well, one phone call with the Earl later and all of my issues were solved within the span of 30 minutes as opposed to the 3 hours spent in the other dealership. Right after that, I had the pleasantry of having everything explained and agreed upon by Jimmie. The process was quick, efficient, and even better than what I was looking for, so there are some really strong MVPs that work at the store.

Jim Powell was very personable, professional, very knowledgeable about the Honda CRV and very customer service oriented. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. We sat down and talked about what I was looking for in a new Honda CRV. Then we test drove a couple cars that I was interested in. Jim was very attentive. It was cold and raining a little. Jim suggested that I wait inside the door while he brought the car up. I found the CRV at the price point I wanted to pay with Jim's help. As I waited for finance, Jim offered to go out and get me something to eat as it was lunchtime. When the transaction was completed. Jim went over the features on the dash so that I knew how to do the necessary things to drive the car home, such as wipers, lights. heat, etc. He spoke in a very calm voice and told me if I had any questions about the car after leaving the dealership that I should not hesitate to call him. At no time did he try to push me into buying a car. When were looking at the trunk, before I left, Jim noticed that a the mat for my trunk and the cover was missing. He made sure I had those items in my new car before I drove off. This was the best experience in buying a new automobile that I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership and Jim Powell as your salesman when you are looking for a Honda.

I have coming to Mfon Mfon for the past 7 years for all of my vehicle purchases. He is a straight shooter and will not try to sell you a vehicle that does not meet your family's needs. He always gets us right vehicle. He is kind and patient and a gentleman. I would say he is the best in the business thats why I have been using him over the past 7 years. We recently purchased a 2019 Odyssey and had a pleasant experience at the dealership all thanks to Mfon!
