Easy transaction with no pressure
After getting matched to Ourisman Honda through my bank's car buying service, I went to test drive a new Honda Accord Hybrid. I was hesitant to start visiting dealerships as I was about 2 weeks away from purchasing, but I knew that I wanted to drive an Accord Hybrid in order to make an education decision. After communicating with their Internet Sales department, I was connected with Mfon Mfon when I arrived for the test drive. The didn't have a Hybrid Touring model when I visited, but Mfon took me on a test drive of the Hybrid EX model they had in stock and showed me the Touring edition of the standard Accord. He was very knowledgeable about all of the trim levels and was able to answer all of my questions. When I explained my preferences (trim, color, etc.) and timeline, Mfon did not pressure me to buy that day and left the door open for a future purchase. A couple of weeks later when I was ready to purchase, I discovered that Ourisman had a 2019 Accord Hybrid Touring in the exact color I wanted. I set up a time with Mfon through Earle Errera (Director of Sales), who was helping out as Mfon was working with another customer. They held the car I was interested in and when I arrived, we test drove it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The sales negotiations were smooth and simple, as I had already received a fair price based on my research over email. I drove away that afternoon after a calm, no drama experience which I particularly appreciated. Mfon was an excellent representative of Ourisman -- his calm demeanor, product knowledge, and thoughtful follow through were exactly what I was looking for in a dealership.

Bad after sales experience
I bought a new GTI in early October for which the sales service was very good. I was told that they would let me know when the permanent tags are available. I sent an email a week ago to the dealership asking about the permanent tags but received no response. Seeing that the temporary tags were about to expire, I called this morning and was told that the tags were there. They coldn’t explain why I was not notified nor why they did not respond to me email. They claimed that a notice was sent out to me, but with two days to go on the temporary tags, I think the manager was lying about that. He was very rude because I complained strongly about this poor after sales service. Ah did not want the salesperson to even put on the new plates on the car! This was terrible.

Michael, thank you for your feedback and congratulations on the purchase of your new VW GTI. I just bought one too! The majority of our customers have asked that we mail them a postcard once the Motor Vehicle Administration completes their tag, title and plate registration paperwork. That notification card was mailed to you, well prior to your temporary tag expiring. We cannot offer an explanation as to why you didn't receive your USPS mail nor would any of my employees be able answer that question. The great news is you followed up and had your tags installed before your temp tag expired. I will add that I was present upon your arrival, witnessed your interaction with my employees, and your comment "I complained strongly" is both clever and very politically correct and omits the real story. Since this is a public review, I'll just ask that perhaps next time we can communicate in a more professional manner to help you resolve any issues. Finally, please forward me that email that you sent a week ago, I'd like to verify the details with our IT department and investigate if there is an opportunity to improve our process. Great Customer Service
Spontaneously went in for a trade in quote — ended up leaving with a brand new Civic. Anthony was able to get me in the car I originally wanted two years ago. He listened attentively as I was very particular in the features that I wanted in my Civic. This is the second car I’ve bought from this dealership, and I would definitely keep buying from here again!

User friendly

No pressure salesman! Went for 1 car and bought 2!!
My daughter asked me to help her buy a new car. She said she wanted a Honda Accord. We went to a couple dealers before ending up at Ourismann Honda in Laurel. When I spoke with Owen Stepp, he explained everything and I felt zero pressure. She test drove a couple of cars and decided to go with the Honda Clarity (plug in hybrid). The deal we got with Owen, and his lax/chill/honest demeanor made me want to buy one too!! I mean, for a car salesman to be so honest and relaxed... wow!! I definite trust him! Owen is a salesman you want to deal with!! I’ve recommended him to see real of my friends and coworkers!! And yes... we both went home that night in brand new 2018 Honda Clarity’s!!!!! Thanks Owen!! And Tony Kim did a great job, fast and efficient at our fiancé signings!! Very professional, very knowledgeable, no hard sell
