I recently returned to Ourisman Honda to purchase my fourth vehicle. The process of buying a new car was effortless. Mr. Powell provided superior customer service. I was not pressured to purchase a vehicle. I was given the attributes of each model and was then encouraged to consider my options overnight before making a decision. Mr. Rasulzad was also very pleasant and good-natured. He made the daunting process of completing all the paperwork calming. He explained everything fully and I was informed of options I could make. I was a pleasure working with Ourisman Honda and will return for my fifth vehicle.

What normally is a frustrating process was made very pleasant by the staff of Ourisman Honda in Laurel. A vehicle that matched our request was ready on our arrival. Brandon Jester (sales manager) and Brendon Hickson-Hamilton (sales consultant) were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. All our questions were answered, and everything was explained to us. The negotiation was efficient and produced an agreement fairly quickly. Brittany took care of the paperwork very efficiently and promptly. While we signed all the forms, Brandon cleared out our trade-in vehicle and moved everything to the new vehicle and placed everything in the right compartments. All in all, he did an amazing job getting us through the process. We highly recommend Ourisman Honda!

I first met Mfon Mfon, the sales rep, over the phone to discuss a car that I was interested in. He was very helpful and patient with answering any questions I had. When I visited the dealership to look at the car Mfon Mfon took care of me and invested the time I needed to make a decision to buy the car. The paper work was smooth and again Mfon Mfon went beyond expectations and actually moved my personal items from the car I traded in to the new car I was buying. This saved me time and was one less thing I needed to worry about. This was a good experience and I felt that I was in good hands the whole time due to the patience and care provided by the sales person and his supporting staff.

I worked with Ramon to trade in my old CRV for a new one and he couldn't have made the process more seamless and pain-free.
