Great experience as a first time car buyer. There was much consideration of my budget throughout the entire process. There was also a sincerity to my experience, which helped to make my choice easier.

Bill Goldsmith "Goldie" is the best! As exciting as buying a new car is, it can be a long and arduous process. Not the case at all with Goldie and the team at Ourisman Laurel. He ensured that everything went as quickly as possible, while still providing thorough customer service. He is very knowledgeable and gave sound advice, making me feel very comfortable with my decision. He also took the time for the little things like helping me to synch up my phone with my new car. I also work in sales, so I appreciate a genuine sales person, who also knows how to interject some humor and have actual concern for ensuring that the process is seamless. Thank you Goldie and thanks to everyone at Ourisman of Laurel. This is now my second car purchase there.

Brandon is absolutely unbelievable! I would recommend him to everyone! Jennifer (the finance person we dealt with) spent the entire time talking about how important she is, how Mr Ourisman loves her, and hownmuch money she makes. Not a good representative for a quality organization. She is the reason I only gave 4 stars.

We went to this dealer for UBS pricing, because the dealer near our home doesn't offer that. Laura Joseph, our saleswoman, was personable and very helpful, showing us all the features of the Honda Pilot, but not being pushy. We hadn't intended to go home with a car, but she sold us on the car and on Ourisman. Debbie Lewis, who handled our finances, was also wonderful. Made suggestions, but allowed us to make our own decisions.

Carl helped me with the task of purchasing a used car. Would recommend him and the dealership. They were able to get me more value for my money.
