2016 Honda CR-V

I had a wonderful experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel, and James went above and beyond to give exceptional Customer Service! He was able to get me the absolute lowest car rate, even when the bank was offering me 2.5% higher!!! This exceptional customer service deserves 5-stars, and that is what I’m giving James Jones.

Quite helpful staff, very straight-forward.

Rolled in for service on one vehicle; after a few inquiries, ended up buying another and driving it away. Quite pleasant process, NO PRESSURE. Highly recommended.

Seamless experience!

Exceptional Service

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Ourisman Volkswagen Laurel and both times I had exceptional service starting with the Sales Rep. Bill Goldstein "Goldie" showing me vehicles that fit my need within my budget and working to get me the best deal. Additionally, all of the Laurel Team members are all friendly and want to make sure that your experience is a great one. Goldie has a personality that draws you to him and makes the whole experience easy and stress free. Once your deal is finalized, Goldie will follow up with you to make sure "the smile on your face when you drove of the lot is still on your face and that you are enjoying your new vehicle." Been coming to Ourisman VW for years

Just completed the 6th new car purchased from Ourisman VW by myself or an family member in the past 20 years. It was a solid experience, as always. Michael was pleasant as always and helped with the test drive and vehicle selection; Mohamed was efficient and helpful with credit pre-approval; David helped with the final sale a few days later, and Jennifer was knowledgeable and helpful regarding the financing. Isaac manages a well-run sales business here. Their service staff is great as well; I've been bringing my vehicle(s) here consistently, and will continue to do so.

Golden review

While bringing my care in for service, I decided to have a look around to see what might be available to upgrade my 2003 Golf. James Brown wrote up my service ticket and I went to start looking. I was quickly met by Bill Goldsmith and started talking about the deisel models available. I could have been happy with a 2015 SEL Golf if it were a different color, but basic white is just not me. Bill noted me pointing to one of the grey floor models and mentioning that was more my color, and he found a Wolfsburg edition Golf in that color, and we took it out for a spin. James came back with unfortunate news on some issues I'd been having which might have become even worse news with further work. This tilted me in favor of trading up instead of what could have been a pricy service visit. Bill and Mohamed worked on lowering the price for me and handed me over to Joe in finance. After a lengthy moving of property from one car to another, and the process of signing all the paperwork, I was on my way.

New CR-V Purchase when only planning to Look!

We drove there from Annapolis because we didn't feel welcomed there. We are so happy that we did. We were met inside the front door by CHUKA ELUE who turned out to be a very cordial and knowledgeable salesperson. He was very patient with us, knowing that we actually went there only to look. At no time did we feel like we were being rushed, or pressured to buy something, and CHUKA was exceptional at answering our questions, and eventually getting all the things we wanted in a vehicle. The salesroom was very clean and welcoming. We also had a great experience with Jennifer Smith in the finance department, ensuring that we left not only with a new vehicle, but with the financial and service plans we were happy with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OURISMAN HONDA in Laurel and also fully recommend that you ask for CHUKE ELUE for all your sales requirements.
