Had an appointment on Sat, March 23rd, but someone in Service dept scheduled incorrectly for what I needed. Carlos, who is one of the service advisors, was very nice and helpful and had a tech to do a multi-point inspection of the suspension, etc. Ourisman VW Laurel is my place to go for service and buying
