Received excellent service.

Received excellent service. Drove up to MD to visit family for thanksgiving holiday. Unfortunately second day in MD ran over a pothole & ended up on Donut tire. Annette Rozetti, my service advisor did a fabulous job on making sure I received the best customer service, recommendation on type of correct tire for my vehicle. I was in and out within less than an hour. Waiting room & accommodation superb! Thank You for everything! I would highly recommend without a doubt Ourisman VW of Laurel to family & friends. -Samson

The service at VW is great.

The service at VW is great. They respond to the reason you brought your car in for service. They will also check and make sure you are up to date on your mileage requirements., and sometimes they wash your car . Mine didn’t get washed.this time. I have been going to them for 8 years.

Michael was amazing!

Michael was amazing!! He was friendly, patient & professional. I was going to test drive the atlas & get the atlas. That was the plan. If the atlas didn’t work, then leave. Coming from a Nissan Z to a Jeep Renegade, the atlas was too big :-( I felt extremely uncomfortable in the truck. Michael swept in & saved the day! He listened to me & found the PERFECT car for me & my toddler! My son & I Love my 2023 Tiguan!!! LOVE. Even my husband likes it! It’s rare when we like the same car, Lol! Despite not getting the atlas, I Had to have a vehicle with a panoramic roof. Michael showed me the tiguan & it was Ova! That beauty opens up the car immensely. Thank you Michael!!

The service was prompt and efficient.

The service was prompt and efficient. They gave me just the service my vehicle required. The service was completed within the time they told me to expect. The waiting area is comfortable with Wi-Fi and a space where I could work while waiting.
