Very highly recommended

We worked with Bill Goldsmith to buy our new VW. 'Goldie' was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. From the test drive to the paperwork, it was all well explained. He spend time with us explaining all the interior features, and helping us get started. We were well taken care of, and never felt pressured or rushed. Everything at the dealer was efficient and and everyone friendly. We are a long time fan of Volkswagens, and highly recommend both this dealership as well as VWs in general.

Highly Recommend

Issac Chee is a liar

They sold me a car with problems, when I went to get my refund the GM Isaac said he would have my check on Monday. Check was not ready on Monday, was told come back Tuesday by Mohammed, went back Tuesday was told the finance manager had left for the day come back Wednesday, went back Wednesday was told come back Thursday. On Thursday Isaac tells me he "dropped the ball" and was sorry so please come back Friday. I was obviously upset and said this is unacceptable and his response was the worst from a salesperson ever " I already said I was sorry, you can do whatever you want"

The dealer is friendly but when I purchased a new car it was not cleaned inside!!🤐😕 and outside was not needed as it was raining when purchased.

Excellent experience

I was greeted by Brandon, asked me what I was looking for, and gave me some price options. Quick and simple. Debbie was great with the contract even though she uses antique equipment but got me out in a timely manor. Had to run my contract 5 times because of the printer. Come Ourisman move into the 21 century. lol

Great experience

After more than 17 years of owning my beloved Honda Odyssey,, I had come to the conclusion that it was time to let it go. However, it was very difficult thing to do because of sentimental reasons. I had been to several dealerships in search of my new vehicle. At those dealerships, I felt very pressured, dehumanized and as was treated with much disrespect. Thankfully, I waited. Once I began corresponding with Mr. Hickson-Hamilton I began to feel relaxed and at ease. He was courteous, patient, kind, professional and made my car buying experience an enjoyable one. I have no regrets about the decision I made, thanks to Mr. Hickson-Hamilton. I look forward to recommending him to my friends and look forward to doing business with him again.
