The salesperson and the manager worked together to find the car I wanted that fit into my budget. I plan to use Ourisman Volkswagen to service my car.

So, I test drove the Honda CR-V on Tuesday night, fell in love with it, talked numbers at the first dealership, had an awesome deal worked out, but they did not have the color I wanted. They said they would work on the color I wanted, so I figured it was the perfect opportunity to make sure I was getting an awesome deal. I went to another dealership, talked numbers and trade in, sales advisor talked to his manager, and he couldn't match the trade in, so he told me I was getting an awesome deal. I decided to try Ourisman Honda, and I'm so glad I did!!! They matched the pricing and the trade in, and I liked the dealer installed options better. My sales advisor Laura was excellent!!! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles of the CRV, and was so friendly and personable. She was focused on me throughout the process, and helped me set everything up once it was officially mine, even going so far as to let me borrow her charging cable so I could hook up my iPhone.

Working with Bill "Goldie" Goldsmith was an absolute pleasure! I went into the dealer for a very specific car, 2017 VW GTI S Manual, of which they only had one. I had done my homework, or so i thought, while on the test drive Goldie was very knowledgeable and pointed out many features I was unaware of. When we got back to the dealer to discuss pricing and structure he was very honest and transparent. He worked with me to put a loan in place that fit with my budget. He and the rest of the finance team were very kind and patient, I was beyond satisfied and was so happy driving my brand new GTI home that evening. I would highly recommend working with Goldie and plan to do so again in the future.

Brandon was the most efficient car dealer I have ever experienced. He was able to address relevant issues concerning my deal quickly and avoid addressing irrelevant issues with me. He also patiently explained every feature in my car and ensured I was comfortable navigating the vehicles controls and technology before letting me leave.

Goldie was awesome. He responded quickly and professionally at all times and he was very helpful when it came to giving us information about the timeline for the new cars to arrive. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and we will be back a third time when it is time to move on to a new VW!

I put in an application online this morning and never received a call back. I called to check on the status a few hours later and spoke with someone. He took more information, told me he would call back, and still hasn't called me back. I called three times and no one knew who to transfer me to. I finally asked for finance and I got a voicemail. I left two messages ans still no call back. Thanks, but no thanks Honda.

L consider my self a very picky /demanding costomer/consumer. A young sales man named Chooka was exceptional. He was professinal and pleasant to work with, A good listener with good anticipation skills that enabled the whole process go sooth and quick. I actually enjoyed pretty much every aspect while I was there. Thank you.

Best experience buying a car I've had in 25 years. Ms Maxine Stewart was an excellent sales associate knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The sales manager's Rob and Anthony were patient, professional and honest and my finance manager Joe was awesome. I definitely recommend this dealership to others and will be coming back with my daughter to buy a car later this year.
