We went to Ourisman/ Laurel VW pretty much knowing what we wanted. They had a very good selection of barely used Volkswagens. The Sales Associate, Carl Edet, worked very hard to make the sale successful and was professional and very respectful in all respects. Just bought a 2017 Honda Accord touring V6 from Ourisman Honda/VW of Laurel. Nobody in Maryland can beat their price and service. Ms. Laura Joseph was to get off at 5:00 pm, but she stayed with me until after 6:00 pm to get all the paperwork done. On top of that, they beat other dealership's best price by about $2,000 for the same car. They also had their people drove my old car back to my house while I drove the new car home (I was alone and can not drive 2 cars at the same time). I took my best friend to get a car and this was the area in Laurel which he wanted to find one. We went to Carmax first and NOTHING. So I told him we will not leave this area without a car. I googled the nearest Volkswagen in this area. And we were only around the corner from Carmax. Once we found the dealership and walk in we meet Carl. He was nice, funny, professional, helpful, and very smart man. We felt comfortable to talk to him and we received that in return. I would like to THANK Carl, Joe, and the second financial person didn't hear your name for the best experience we ever had and my best friend is truly HAPPY he can't stop smiling.
