Ourisman VW of Laurel - Curbside pickup and home delivery available

Just bought a 2017 Honda Accord touring V6 from Ourisman Honda/VW of Laurel. Nobody in Maryland can beat their price and service. Ms. Laura Joseph was to get off at 5:00 pm, but she stayed with me until after 6:00 pm to get all the paperwork done. On top of that, they beat other dealership's best price by about $2,000 for the same car. They also had their people drove my old car back to my house while I drove the new car home (I was alone and can not drive 2 cars at the same time). I definitely would buy the next Honda from Ourisman Honda in Laurel, MD. Thank you everyone at Ourisman Honda.

My experience with Brandon was excellent. When you think of salesmen you think the worst but I felt like it was the total opposite. I took my best friend to get a car and this was the area in Laurel which he wanted to find one. We went to Carmax first and NOTHING. So I told him we will not leave this area without a car. I googled the nearest Volkswagen in this area. And we were only around the corner from Carmax. Once we found the dealership and walk in we meet Carl. He was nice, funny, professional, helpful, and very smart man. We felt comfortable to talk to him and we received that in return. I would like to THANK Carl, Joe, and the second financial person didn't hear your name for the best experience we ever had and my best friend is truly HAPPY he can't stop smiling.

Even though I was not willing to buy/lease a car at the time, Brandon helped me change my mind after explaining some details about the car plus my husband bought a brand new Honda Accord the day before.

The service person mr Richard Nunez was very friendly and helpful and offers me different ideas to purchase a car . He shows me all my different opposition and ideas.

Jonathon and Isaac were amazing. They made sure to meet my needs and I left with a brand. Ew car in 1 day. The financing people are overly pushy though which adds stress to the process.

From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with buy car buying expensive. Upon entering, I was greeted with a smile and was introduced to a salesman by the name of Mr. Brandon Hamilton-Hickson. Before showing me the various cars on the lot, Brandon asked a series of questions about my likes and dislikes in a car. After receiving the list of "must-haves" Brandon introduced me to a new 2016 Honda Accord Touring. While test driving, Brandon coached me through all of the features available in the car and I must admit, I was sold instantly on the car. I expressed my concerns about purchasing a new car since I had only purchased used cars in the past but Brandon switched from a salesman to a friend and helped me see the benefits of purchasing new. Even the loan officer I had was great! I didn't feel pressured one bit! Afterwards, I felt informed and I just had to give Debbie a huge hug. Upon driving off the lot Mr. Hamilton-Hickson helped me named my new Honda Accord Touring to Tori and I couldn't have wished for a better car buying experience. I'm truly great full for buy car buying experience here.

I was completely overwhelmed and full of anxiety once my car was totaled. My 2010 Civic was so close to being paid off, had low mileage and in tip top condition. I was not at all happy about car shopping, the thought instantly gave me a headache. After speaking with numerous dealerships in the area over the phone and in person, Brandon was the only salesman that I felt comfortable talking to. Brandon was kind, out going, he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and gain my trust. I was dreading buying a car. I haven't done it often. Brandon was very pleasant to work with and he made it an easy experience. He and others at the dealership have the process down to a science. It takes a while, there's no getting around that, but it was stress free. They did all the work and gave me a spotless, beautiful car in the end. During the test drives (two) and before I drove off the lot, Brandon took the time to show me all the cars bells and whistles (and there were a lot of them). I appreciated that there wasn't a hard sell, just excellent service.
