Wasn't expecting to buy a car, but was very convincing. Very helpful and made sure I was able to afford my GTi. Love the hospitality

Great experience from a new loyal customer!

I had a fantastic experience with the three employees that worked with me to purchase my new Honda Civic yesterday. Laura, Bobby and Jennifer, all worked together to get me the best deal, make sure I got exactly the car I was looking for and made good decisions about financing. I'd contacted other dealers and felt I was left without a lot of understanding of my options. Laura reached out and had a no pressure, calm welcoming approach. She focused on educating me about the benefits of the car and talked me through different options I hadn't necessarily considered. She helped me fall in love with a car I was on the fence about before fully talking it through. Bobby asked me a lot of questions to get a good sense of what I would be comfortable with in terms of leasing or financing. He helped negotiate a great deal for me that I couldn't pass up. Jennifer took the time to educate as well on the best long-term options for my particular situation. We made some adjustments when she sensed I might be more comfortable with financing than leasing while still ensuring I got a great price. I appreciated her intuitiveness. I drove away in my new car feeling great about the experience and my purchase. They have definitely earned my future business.

New Jetta

I recently purchased a new Volkswagen Jetta and I am very thankful to Goldie for taking the time to thoroughly show and explain to me several vehicles that I was considering. He made the process informative and easy. I do believe that he truly enjoys working with his customers and finding them the perfect fit. After purchasing my vehicle I had to call Goldie back TWICE for different items that I had left in my trade-in vehicle. Fearful that my trade-in vehicle had already left the lot or that my items had already been disgarded, Goldie came through both times getting my items and holding them for me without issue or complaint; it is this level of customer care that I appreciate most. I highly recommend working with Goldie; I give him five stars.

All around amazing staff!

Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was very friendly, helpful and understanding. The staff is very invested in helping each individual, and not just trying to make a quota. This has been by far the best car buying experience I've had.

It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I had been to two other dealerships before coming to Ourisman, one of them being where I had bought my last two Hondas, and I was confronted with classic, stereotypical salesmen, who acted like they could care less if I bought a car. They never did any follow up calls to see if I was still interested in purchasing a car. Brandon Hickson-Hamilton took a softer approach. He showed a lot of interest in me as a person, not just in the fact that I was there to look for a car. I did not purchase a car on my first visit there. But Brandon would call me every so often to follow up and see if I had made a decision. I finally decided that I would make a lower offer on the price of the car and he agreed he could do that if I would come down to the dealership and finalize the deal that day and that is what I did. I will definitely go back to Ourisman to purchase my next car from Brandon Hickson-Hamilton.

Wonderful and Happy car shopping

This is our third time for a new car shopping in US, and this is the most enjoyable one for sure. We first came without appointment, and Mr. David Moreno welcomed us and gave us a very nice introduction about our interested car. Due to the conflicts with other schedules, we could not take a test drive that day. We came back in about 10 days. However, David was very busy that day, but he kindly introduced us to Mr. Carl Edet, and they both helped us together on our car shopping, including the new car test, my current car trade-in, negotiating the price with another nice guy Mr. Isaac Chee. Although we spent longer time at the dealership than we thought, the entire process is smoothly, no-push, and we were very happy about it. ????????,????????,?????????,???????????????,David Moreno??nice,???????

Wonderful Sales Experience

David Moreno and Mohamed Thabet were wonderful. I spoke with David on the phone before coming in to test drive, and he knew exactly what I wanted/needed. He's very easy to talk to and not at all pushy; he allows the cars to sell themselves. After I made the decision on the car I wanted, he brought Mohamed into the conversation and both worked to give me a good deal on my new car.

Very positive experience

This dealership had the very lowest price on the new Honda that I wanted after doing extensive research. Brandon was extremely helpful during the sale as well during a post sale visit and post sale phone calls to explain features I still had questions about. The painting defect noticed upon sale was very nicely handled when I returned for Rob to do the touch up job. All my experiences have been very positive.

Outstanding Customer Service

Want great customer service? Looking for a car that other dealerships don't want to take the time to find for you? This is your place! I wanted a new 2017 VW GTI that no one had in stock and Michael told me with absolutely no hesitation, "no problem at all, we'll find it for you!" And him and Isaac did just that and at a great price. Even though it was late when I got there, Michael, Isaac, and Brian went the extra mile and stayed way past closing time to get my deal finished that night so my trip back to pick up my car would be a quick in & out. Top Notch, Thanks fellows!!
