First-time leaser

I leased my first car with Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel and it was stress-free experience. Everyone I worked with was very informative and patient, in explaining everything I needed to know about leasing. I will most definitely recommending Goldie to my family, friends and co-workers. Volkswagen lover for life!

Second Car and Counting!

Brian Deckert sold my son a 2015 Golf TDI. He gave us a competitive price and kept us informed as it was being built and delivered. With the whole VW diesel scandal, Brian has been informative and very helpful. When it was tie to purchase a new SUV, I found a great price in North Carolina where I frequently do business. The only dealership of 5 in the area who matched this price was Ourisman. All the others said it would take 2 - 3 months to find the color we were looking for, Brian called me back at 7:00 PM on a Friday night to say that the car would b there in the morning. Guess where I will go when we need our next car!

Wonderful and informative

David Moreno was extremely friendly and welcoming. I didn't know much about Volkswagen, and he was able to provide me with much needed advice. The staff was just wonderful. When I need a future car, I will definitely be going back to Ourisman Volkswagon in Laurel.

First-time buyer - Great experience!

I purchased my first car here and it was a great experience. Everyone I met was extremely nice and very accomodating. I went on a Saturday so it was a little busy but I recieved all the help I needed and was out on the road enjoying my new ride in no time.

Bad experience

From moment I bought car had no radio station to change I asked to repair would take all day. Then I went for repair had me waiting from 9:40am until closing and just to charge me $550 for labor I pray to God never to return their.

Awful experience

Overcharged for labor $550 and told another price $160 and was there from 9:40am until closing 4pm. I am disappointed even from moment I purchased car 3 years ago.
