Wonderful buying experience. Would definitely go back.

I started out looking for a Honda Odyssey van by going to several dealerships in MD. Hands down, Ourisman in Laurel, and most importantly Laura Joseph, were so wonderful to work with that this experience was very pleasurable and fun. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or even used car. The staff was courteous and the place was clean. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this place a 10. When I am ready to buy another car, it will definitely be at Ourisman.

Condescending, pushy, salesman, worthless car, bad service

Sold me a bad car. The car refused to start a mere 35 days after purchases and they refuse to take responsibility. The car-buying experience itself was horrendous; I had to wait around 6 hours *after* deciding to buy. They were condescending, patronising and tried to push their financing even though I came i pre-approved with a better rate. That should've been my warning. This place is a joke and should be run out of business. Buyer beware.

Constant communication

I like the way that they stayed in contact and continued to see if I was interested. I did not end up buying a car from the dealership, but they were pleasant to deal with.

Anthony was Great

Great Buying Experience

I was waiting for the 2017 Honda CRV to be released, and began looking in January. I have purchased the last three vehicles using the United Buyers Service, so I called them and they recommended Ourisman Honda of Laurel as THE place to buy a new CRV. So my husband and I headed to Laurel, and we were not disappointed in the service we received, specifically from Laura Ann Joseph!

Smooth and efficient

I expected a much longer afternoon, but Goldie and Joe made buying my new Passat an easy and pleasant experience. The whole process took much less time than when I bought my old Passat wagon here in 2003, and cost me only slightly more. A very good deal, with people who are easy to work with. Thanks again.

Rude and unprofessional

I went to Ourisman Volkswagen to buy my leased Jetta. As part of that process, I had the vehicle MD State inspected in their service department. After the inspection, Isaac Chee (who is General Manager of Sales but insists on calling himsef THE General Manager) sat down with me to talk about the remaining balance on my vehicle. He said that I owed more than $11,000 on the car without explaining that he'd added a warranty and other nonsensical charges into the payoff amount. I had already called VW credit and knew I owed $9,000. When I informed him of this, he became angry and finally explained the fees he'd added. He also blatantly lied about the MD State inspection process. He told me, repeatedly, that I had to complete the work needed for the vehicle to pass inspection at his dealership. When I said no to that, he lied again and said the service department had already begun work on the repairs. I told him that the service department had already told me they wouldn't start work until I'd reviewed the paperwork. Mr. Chee then jumped up from his seat, left me in the office, and ran to the service department. I followed him and was again assured that the work had not been started (the gentlemen in the service department were polite and professional and I would absolutely recommend them for repairs). Mr. Chee then walked away and never apologized for lying or for his rude behavior. He seems to think that he can he rip off uneducated consumers and then ignore them when he gets caught. Don't buy your car from him. It will definitely cost you more if you do.

My apologies that we did not do a better job of helping you understand the fees associated with your lease purchase. The transfer of the vehicle from Virginia to Maryland does require a Maryland State Police Inspection as part of the process. In addition to that, you would be responsible for 6% Maryland Sales Tax as well as new Tags, License and Maryland Title and associated lien paperwork. I understood the fees just fine. As I said in my original review, he added a WARRANTY to my payoff amount, and tried to pass it off as my payoff total. I also said I my review that I knew the vehicle had to be inspected. Isaac Chee lied about the inspection PROCESS and said I had to have the work done at your dealership. Maybe you should sit down with HIM and explain how the process works.
