Smooth Process

Bill (Goldie) was honest and conscientious, always calling back if we had additional questions. I would recommend contacting him to get your best deal. He beat out five other dealerships! Isaac Chee and Debbie in finance also worked with us to keep the process smooth.

New car purchase

I purchased a new car from Laura Joseph at Ourisman Honda VW of laurel. Laura was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and was able to answer any question I had. She was very nice, patient, and pleasant to work with. I visited the dealership three times and each time was pleasant. They say third time is a charm and third time I walked out with a new car!! Vince was nice and made the paperwork process easy and not long. My overall experience was good and I would recommend others to visit the dealership. Thank you Laura and Ourisman Honda of laurel!

Outstanding customer service

I recently returned my Jetta TDI to VW corporation through the VW buyback offer. The buyback offer was excellent, so I turned around and purchased a 2017 Passat from Mike Morris. Mr. Morris was very professional and helpful. This is the 3th VW vehicle I have purchased from Mike. Thanks again Mike and all of the professional at Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel...Cheers!

The 3 Amigos

I will say this I only scored this way because of the service I received after my awful EXPERIENCES. Jimmie Powell from start to finish a man of his word personable professional Debbie Lewis very knowledgeable professional effiecent and The General Manager Michele Barnes listen to my complaint apologized and acted immediately to help me solve my problems.If it wasn't for these 3 I would have failed this survey.

Great Delaership

We recently visited the dealership, and I have to say that Anthony Davenport was absolutely wonderful . He took the time to listen, walked us through everything from start to finish, did not rush us and made sure we were 100% satisfied before driving off the lot. Earl and Bryan were also accommodating! Great people, great customer service at this dealership!

Anthony Davenport

I visited Ourisman Honda to look into leasing a 17' Accord. I've bought plenty of cars and this was my first leasing experience. Anthony was very polite, professional and non-pushy. Non-pushy, unrushed and never took a "take it or leave it" stance. Those were the things I appreciated. He didn't play games with the numbers and was directly to the point on the options. When I lease another vehicle in 3 years I'll look for Anthony to have a good deal available for me before I look elsewhere. Overall this was a very good experience. I don't feel cheated or have buyers remorse and that's because the numbers were correct and I was treated fairly. Two thumbs up to Anthony.

Love My New Jetta!

I came in already about 90% committed to buying a totally different car, but I knew I had to test drive a Jetta before I made my final decision (I'm doing the diesel buyback program for my Golf TDI). I loved the Jetta as soon as I test drove, but I had to work out the finances and Ourisman made it happen. I worked with Maxine Stewart and Bill "Goldie" Goldsmith and they were patient and knowledgable. I never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision. Marwan Redmon helped make the finances work, and Debbie Lewis finalized everything. She was very patient- this was my first time buying on my own, and I had a lot of questions. Thank you Ourisman!

Car buying popeyes experience

Overall I had a great time, though it took almost an entire day to finally get the car. The service was too slow in my opinion.
