He took the time to listen, walked us through everything from start to finish, did not rush us and made sure we were 100% satisfied before driving off the lot. Earl and Bryan were also accommodating! Great people, great customer service at this dealership!

I visited Ourisman Honda to look into leasing a 17' Accord. I've bought plenty of cars and this was my first leasing experience. Anthony was very polite, professional and non-pushy. Non-pushy, unrushed and never took a "take it or leave it" stance. Those were the things I appreciated. He didn't play games with the numbers and was directly to the point on the options. When I lease another vehicle in 3 years I'll look for Anthony to have a good deal available for me before I look elsewhere. Overall this was a very good experience. I don't feel cheated or have buyers remorse and that's because the numbers were correct and I was treated fairly. Two thumbs up to Anthony.

I came in already about 90% committed to buying a totally different car, but I knew I had to test drive a Jetta before I made my final decision (I'm doing the diesel buyback program for my Golf TDI). I loved the Jetta as soon as I test drove, but I had to work out the finances and Ourisman made it happen. I worked with Maxine Stewart and Bill "Goldie" Goldsmith and they were patient and knowledgable. I never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision. Marwan Redmon helped make the finances work, and Debbie Lewis finalized everything. She was very patient- this was my first time buying on my own, and I had a lot of questions. Thank you Ourisman!

Overall I had a great time, though it took almost an entire day to finally get the car. The service was too slow in my opinion.

I recently leased a 2017 Golf GTI. Bill Goldsmith was my service provider and Isaac Chee was the manager. They made me feel welcomed and not pressured. The experience was smooth and quick. They offered breakfast and did all they could to make this and enjoyable experience. My wife and I have owned and driven 8 VWs in over 12 years due to their Safety , Performance , Reliability and over all Style. Loyal VW owners stayed true and did not let the Diesel Buy Back affect them. Price point wise we feel there is NO other vehicle out there to compare. In the 12 years we have unfortunately worked with 2 other VW Dealers in the Baltimore area , that were a complete Nightmare to Deal with from Sales to Service. I truly feel sorry for most consumers out there today , that still go thru what my wife and I have gone thru before finding Ourisman. My wife and I worked with Sales Consultant Bill Goldsmith aka GOLDIE , and the GM Issac . Together they made our 3rd Purchase with them one truly to remember. My wife had totaled her Touareg the week before , and they actually reached out to see if she was okay two days later as opposed to when are you coming in to purchase a new one. Who else dose that ..? Like any hefty purchase you want to make sure you are getting the best deal and service. That is exactly what you get at Ourisman VW of Laurel. She was extremely professional. We discussed the conditions of the deal and came up with something that made sense to both parties.
