Happy Customer

My experience with Ourisman Honda in Laurel was great. James Jones, my Salesperson, was awesome. He listened to me to understand exactly what I was looking for in a car. James also answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very pleasant and very informative. He showed me different models and helped with the decision of which one to purchase based off of listening and understanding what would make me happy and a great deal. He also displayed how dedicated he was because he was actually getting off but decided to stay to help me...Also Walter Cook in finance was extremely wonderful. He did everything to make sure I received the best finance rate. A nice wonderful knowledgeable and patient person..

Great Experience

James Jones was the perfect salesperson for my husband and I. He was patient while we test drove four cars. He was knowledgeable about the cars and answered all of our questions. He explained the differences between the models and its features. James made the purchase of our car a pleasant buying experience.

If you're a parent, this is the dealership you need

I will start this review off by first saying that this is not a paid review and no incentives were offered for giving the glowing review I am about to give. When I make large purchases, such as this one, I like to do my homework first to see what kind of experience others have had. Before I came to Ourisman, I had just come from another Honda dealer in Ellicott City. Mind you... I had an appointment for this dealer. When I got there, one of the other sales associates let him know I was there. This salesperson sat talking with another dealer for probably about a good 10-15 minutes before he even acknowledged us. Then, when he did, there was no real connection and he didn't even have what we were looking for... did I mention we had an appointment. Fast-forward to happily leaving there and heading to Ourisman. Completely different experience. The service Laura Joseph (sales) and Jennifer Smith (finance) provided was absolutely wonderful. I was there to help my 18 y/o purchase his first car and Laura took such amazing care of us. From out first introduction to the time we closed the place (literally after 11p), Laura was the best! There was never any pressure to purchase something that was way over our budget... and believe me, an 18 y/o's budget is not that big. She was so patient with us and again, there was never the pressure to get us into something that we didn't want or couldn't afford. Jennifer, was also the best. She was very personable and completely professional in helping us find the best, most affordable rate and monthly payment possible. I have purchased many vehicles, and I can say that this was probably the best experience. Laura and Jennifer were so easy to work with and I nor my son never felt like we were just another customer. We felt like we were their priority from start to finish. High quality service goes a LONG way with me and no question about it... I would absolutely recommend Ourisman, specifically Laura and Jennifer to anyone.

Anthony Lives Up To His Reputation

From the very beginning, Mr. Davenport's demeanor sets the tone for the buying experience I would have. Mr. Davenport listened closely to me to understand my needs as I wanted to make this a surprise gift. I had prepared myself with information about my Honda Accord beforehand and Mr. Davenport respectfully filled in some blanks. During the Test Drive he was also very informative about the features but then he told me about the services and benefits of buying from Ourisman Honda. Lastly, he sealed the deal with a greater finance package than I walked in with. If that weren't enough, he literally put a bow on the car. I look forward to seeing Anthony in the future during service visits and most likely for my next car.

Fantastic service!

I had a wonderful experience! Brandon was very patient with me. I wasn't positive what color is wanted! I felt very comfortable with the entire process! I was actually very happy to find out after I finally made my mind up on the color is was actually sitting in MY CRV! It's by far been the best car buying experience I've ever had!

Very Easy

Very easy to deal with. Laura and Walter were very professional. Laura had endure the extreme cold to show us the Ridgeline. Everything was on time

Mr. James Jones my salesperson was very personable and patient. He made what was (for me) a very stressful situation bearable. I am very happy with my vehicle, his service, and the young man who tolerated my myriad of questions in the finance office. I am very grateful to them both.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

James Jones was extremely helpful in helping me find my new Honda Civic 2016. I had previously driven a Honda Accord, but it was not as reliable anymore due to having for over ten years. James truly put in all his effort to make sure that I was going to walk out of this dealership with my dream car. He took in consideration my budget, and made it work. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my new Honda, and I will definitely be coming back! James should be recognized for his hard work and remarkable ability to satisfy customers needs!

Outstanding job Maxine Stewart

Maxine work well with Myself & my Wife. We first came into the dealership we were pass off to Maxine by a sales man (never got his name) who claimed to be just the doorman. Later we saw him working with other customer. Maxine showed us the civic and the accord and was knowledgeable on most of the feature. We test drove the accord and advised her that we will get back with her soon. A week later I called her and asked if she could get the paper work done on the accord so we wouldn't be in the dealership all day. She did what we asked of her and we got a great vehicle. (Financing) Mr Brian Blackmon was a different case. My financing had been approved prior to me every entering the dealership. I know we still have to see there finance people, but this dude was rude, pushy , and somewhat disrespectful all because we did not want Honda Financing. If not for Maxine we would have left and went somewhere else. Maxine you represented the dealership. The only two that we really deal with.
