Aggressive
The employee who responded to my email inquiry was incredibly pushy about making phone calls. I prefer to use email because I cannot take calls during the day and I get incredibly nervous speaking on the phone. He spoke down to me in email and pressured me to come in to see the cars. I already knew what model I wanted, but I was curious about what deal could be presented to me. His overall tone was incredibly aggressive and patronizing. I decided I needed to find another dealership that is more mellow and not trying to push me to pull a trigger before I am ready and will be more helpful during a first-time car purchase. When I told him I was going to hold off on my purchase, he sent back an incredibly rude, patronizing, and aggressive email.

Anthony Daveinport
I recently purchased a Honda Accord coupe 16 and Honda Odyssey 16 through ourisman salesman Anthony Davenport and I had an awsome experience. He guided me through all the process in detail and he truely stood by my side. I was also able to get a great deal, where no other dealerships were able to beat. I really appreciate Anthony for all his work. I highly recommend Anthony when purchasing a Honda.

Excellent customer service!
Kudos to Brandon Hickson-Hamilton for making my car buying experience awesome. I was greeted by Brandon and he got right to business in finding out what I was looking for. After test driving, I still was not sure between 2 cars. He offered to go back out and look again just for me to be sure. As it had been 15 years since purchasing a new car, I was a bit nervous. Once the decision was made and the paperwork done, he took the time to show me how to work all the functions of the car. Since technology in the cars today had really changed since my last purchase. I would recommend Ourisman Honda of Laurel to others. Thank you Brandon for making my car buying experience awesome!

Best experience buying a new vehicle
I was searching the internet for a vacation vehicle, a van of some sort. After putting in my info I received quite a few emails form various dealerships, I choose ourisman Honda of Laurel. I made an appointment with Anthony D. and after speaking with him I was so comfortable with the phone conversation that we made an appointment for me to come in. It was a Saturday, I had so much to do that day but since I promised to go I went, Anthony D. met me at the door and got the keys and took me for a test drive, while we were test driving he was explaining all the features of the vehicle, when we got back I was so impressed with everything that I signed the papers and got my new Honda Odyssey 2016. I love my new van and I would definitely recommend Ourisman Honda of Laurel and Anthony D. I did not go to purchase a new vehicle but after talking to Anthony I was glad I did. Best Car Buying Experience!
I recently was faced with the challenging task of buying a new car. After a lousy first experience of buying a car from a dealer I was a bit apprehensive this time. However, I had an amazing car buying experience at Ourisman Honda of Laurel. The interaction I had with Mr. Anthony (sales manager) made the experience tremendously easy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently. We were able to negotiate a good price for the car with him. I would highly recommend calling/emailing Anthony at Ourisman Honda (adautomotivegroup.com) to anyone who is interested in having a great car buying experience. Also, my experience with the Finance Manager Jennifer Smith was amazing. She really worked hard to get me the best rate possible for my installments. She gave us really good advice and guided us through the finance process and other paperwork. Thanks Jennifer and Anthony for the wonderful car buying experience!

Purchasing a 2017 Honda Accord with Brandon Hickson-Hamilton
We had a wonderful experience working with Brandon Hickson-Hamilton purchasing our 2017 Honda Accord. He was helpful and patient when we test drove both the Civic and Accord models, allowing us to evaluate the features of each model. After deciding to purchase an Accord, he worked with us to select our options and obtain the vehicle we desired. We received outstanding value with our purchase.
