I had driven the car I was looking into previously (though a slightly different version). Brandon made sure that I was set up before I left the dealership with my phone connected to the car and that I had a good understanding of all of the new features and controls. This all took place after the sale had already taken place - I certainly appreciate all of the additional assistance and I would recommend dealing with Brandon Hickson-Hamilton, personally. The dealership was very nice, there was plenty of parking, it was bright, and it was clean. The price on the car was pretty good too. I have only good things to say about this dealership.

I am giving Laura Joseph the highest rating because she turned a nightmare new car buying experience into a dream. I have only owned Hondas but was actually thinking of going to Toyota to see if they would provide me with a better buying experience when I was fortunate enough to call Ourisman Honda in Laurel, MD. After another dealership told me to give up on finding the car I wanted, Laura was able to find it. She was then very patient with me as she explained its features and the process of buying a new car. My experience with her was excellent and I would recommend her to anyone.
