We had a fantastic, low stress car buying experience at this dealership! Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful in our quest to find our 2016 Honda Odyssey EX. The whole staff at this dealership was friendly and helpful. This experience put the car buying experience in a whole new light for me - no longer is at a process I dread:)

After living abroad teaching in China and Ukraine for five years I was a little apprehensive about car shopping. I know very little about cars and Brandon was able to break down how to use my new fit. They were very attentive as soon as I walked in the door and I felt no pressure to buy anything extra. The price was super fair and the staff was extremely friendly. We were in and out with a brand new Honda Fit in about an hour and a half. Was a great experience and I recommend this dealership for any first time car buyer who does not want to deal with pesky salesmen who want to up sell to increase their commission. First I would like to say that EVERYONE there is excellent and has only the best of intent for you! I am literally at a loss of words by how much my sales associate, Mr. James Jones in specific did for me. Not only did he give me the best deal for my used car, but also made the whole process of it stressless and pain free. Came in to test drive an online special I found on cars.com The salesman Brandon greeted me and provided me with prompt and professional service. I was in by 5pm and out by 9pm. The process took a little longer than I expected but everyone was very helpful along the way. The salesman even helped me clean out my old car and showed me how to set-up the complicated radio settings

My experience was great, from beginning to end. James made sure my son and I were taken care of. I went in to get my son a car, but came out with one for me as well! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail from James and the financial officer. Overall great crew!

I had a really great experience purchasing my brand new 2016 Honda Accord from Ourisman Honda Laurel a few weeks ago! My sales consultant, Ramon Hart was simply the best! He was very calm (yet confident and firm), patient and sincere. He really made me feel like he was working with me and was listening to my needs as opposed to pushing his agenda and simply trying sell me a car. I appreciated that very much. All the other people I came across during my "researching and decision making phase" (it took me a almost two weeks to seal the deal.... I like to do thorough research before making a decision) were extremely nice and warm as well. The finance lady I worked with, Debbie, also deserves a shout out. She is funny and just all round great, too! :-) This is my second time purchasing a car at this location and I think that in itself speaks volumes. In a nutshell, they are very professional, deliver excellent service and are very nice people to work with!
