Easy car buying experience

I brought a Honda Pilot from this dealership. When I arrived, I was unsure what vehicle I wanted to purchase. The sales associate Brandon Hickson-Hamilton was reassuring that I could test every vehicle Honda or Volkswagen. He asked questions to aid in figuring out the vehicle that would best fit my needs. He was relaxed and understanding to my family needs. He helped us compare vehicles and various features that we would be interested in. One thing I appreciated was, he didn't push the most expensive vehicle and focused on my needs. It's rare to find a salesman who is not focused on making the sale but on you as the consumer. This made buying a vehicle less stressful.

Easy, kind, helpful

Personality

This was a pretty great experience, it's been a long time since I bought a brand new car. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but it was all worth it in the end. I have a beautiful new car & JJ & Joe were great, they went the long yards to make sure I was happy with what I bought & now I feel so happy that I have a new car with no problems waiting for me when I jump into it. I didn't think I would get this excited, but after getting the car home, all I wanted to do was check everything out in the car, to see all the new gadgets that it has, smell the new car smell, just trying to make sure this isn't a dream. It's great to own a top of the line new car. Thanks JJ & Joe. Hopefully the next time I see you, I'll be getting one of my free car washes.

Great Service

I was just there to received an oil change, but decided to talk to a Sales Rep about the new features on the most expensive 2016 Honda Accord Series. Mrs. Laura was a big inspirational and knowledgeable about all the new car features. She was very helpful in letting me test drive on the vehicles off the lot and show me all the safety and luxury features the 2016 has. She shown great customer service and hospitality. Thank you.

Excellent customer service!

I have no idea what car to pick yet when I arrived here in MD. Thank goodness for Ourisman Honda Laurel coz I found the car that suits me. Awesome experience

Since this was my first experience purchasing a vehicle entirely on my own, I spent some time researching and shopping around to find the dealership that best fit me and my needs. Ourisman Honda was the last dealership that I contacted. The entire team was very honest, kind, and inviting. When making such a purchase, you want to feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. Ourisman Honda of Laurel provided those exact feelings and more. I felt comfortable and confident in making my purchase with them. This is a team of extreme professionals who value their customers and appear to really enjoy what they do. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Any further purchases of Hondas I make will be made at Ourisman Honda without a doubt. By the time all was said and done, I walked out with the keys to my 2016 Honda Accord sport ???? and felt like I had known the team way beyond the time I spent purchasing my vehicle. If you're looking for a customer service oriented, HONEST, salesperson, look no further than Anrhony. He assisted with a purchase for my son and it was a long distance transaction. Anthony was fabulous! Ourisman Honda is the best!

A Dealership That Does It All Right

Other car dealerships wondering what the secret is to customer satisfaction should look no father than Ourisman Honda of Laurel. To a person, they get everything right. Whether they're in sales, service, parts, or management, each member of the team is a smart professional who goes out of his or her way to let you know you're in good hands. As a long time customer - I recently bought my 4th Honda at Ourisman - I have come to trust that the team always has my best interests at heart. The service department, specifically Jerry, Alan, and ace technician Ty, is as close as I'll ever come to having my own pit crew at Indy! Their recommendations on what needs to be done are always to maximize performance and safety. And when it comes to sales, no one is as attentive or thorough as Breaun Garner. Having to unexpectedly replace a car lost to an accident, which I did a few weeks ago, was, as I know it is for others, a traumatic experience. But that anxiety was relieved by Ourisman, the calm amid the storm. Thanks to Breaun and Earl Errera, both of whom sensed that I wasn't looking for a big change and expertly scoured what was available, I am now in a late model Pilot very similar to what I'd had before. For all their guidance and assurances during what was a tough time, I am in their debt. Of course, I'll be seeing them again since as a member of the Ourisman "family" of customers, there'll be plenty of service appointments ahead. Breaun, Earl, Jerry, Alan, Ty, Ed, Harry, Michelle - all do Ourisman proud, They are simply the best. So other dealerships, take note! Dave Zahren Meteorologist (ret.)
