Stanley Brooks was an amazing salesman. He really fought so that the car we wanted, we could have at the price we set. He took his time, despite the cold and the rain, to show us each and every car that we we were interested in and answered all of our questions. Once we got to finance , we had the blessing of meeting with Debbie Lewis, who took the pains of explaining each and every aspect of our contract with us so that we were comfortable with it. She answered all of our questions, and didn't mind going into depth on policies, insurance and even the best way to get a good interest rate on our loan.

The dealership was awesome. The salesman, Brandon Jester was cool. He didn't pressure me and took his time and explained every aspect of the car to me. At first I didn't want to go for a test drive but he told me that to get the feel of the car I should so I did and I am glad I tok his advice and he didn't pressure me into doing it. Thanks Brandon.

Terrific experience start to finish

Great Buying Experience Even With Slight Issues
I bought a CPO 2013 VW GTI a few weeks ago from Ourisman. I had Joe Smith as my salesperson and he was extremely accommodating, not pushy at all and really made buying the car the most pleasant experience possible. They were able offer both a good price on the car and for my trade in. Unfortunately an issue came up with my car on the drive home that involved the fuel door falling off, but both Joe and Blair Tyler were quick to respond to get the issue fixed. The fuel door was replaced and I was given a loaner car while it was in the shop, both at no charge to me. They also plugged a nail in one of my tires for free. Blair helped make the best out of a situation that I wish wouldn't have occurred (for both my own and the dealer's sake). Regardless, everything is good now and I couldn't be happier with my new (to me) car. I highly recommend this dealer and will definitely be returning if and when I decide to purchase another VW!

My experience at Ourisman Honda Volkswagen of Laurel
There was a no hassle atmosphere at the dealership and and my salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable. Also he was very willing to make sure that my questions were answered and that I had the opportunity to test drive all of the vehicles within the models that I was interested in. My only concern was the time I had to wait for financing, maybe only one or two on a Saturday afternoon,evening is not enough. I would like to sincerely thank James Jones for his time and for making my new car buying experience a memorable, since it has been 18 years since my last car buying adventure at that location, but a different name dealership.

My son in law and I went car shopping for the Grandbaby mobile so that my newly retired wife would have a car while she looked after their four month old son. We had done quite a bit of online surveying of prices and car deals available in our area. On a particular Sat, we started out our car buying adventure by going to one local dealership which we had purchased a Honda Civic from years ago. However with all of our information, the sales person told us that they did not believe the emails and deal descriptions that we were given by other dealerships and they literally refused to even talk to us about purchasing a Honda CRV from them. So we came to Ourisman, We had been in contact with salesman Ramon Hart earlier in the morning and my wife and I had purchased several VW from them..When we got to Ourisman, Ramon met with us and we told him of our experiences and we showed him our emails and other pertinent information that we had received and without question he said that Ourisman would love to work with us and we ended up with a very good deal, even better than any of the deals we had in hand. Ramon brought honesty, integrity, and professionalism back to Car buying. I bring this up because many car buyers today do not use these three adjectives in describing their car buying experience. From here on out, Ourisman will be our only choice. Speaking for my son-in law, wife, daughter, we thank Ramon for helping us and when I went back yesterday for the new tags it was like meeting an old friend.

I like Mike
My experience with Ourisman VW Laurel has generally been good but I would like to single out Mike Ruth for exceptional customer service. I have been bringing my Passat to this location for regular maintenance for years and usually it is Mike who ensures that there are no surprises. He provides excellent follow-up, keeping me up to date on the progress of work on my car. Courteous and collected, Mike is a professional with whom it has been a pleasure to do business.
