Working with Jessica first online then Eric at the

Working with Jessica first online then Eric at the dealership was the easiest transaction to purchase my QX50 sport. I secured a deal online with Jessica, showed up at the dealership where Eric took over and continued the buying process. It was so smooth and hassle free. We ending our time with the finance department which was a bit longer, which is expected. (All the paper work :)) We cannot be happier with our entire experience. Side note, we did go to another dealer first and got a total "runaround". A friend told us about their experience at Naperville Infiniti...great recommendation!!

An absolute joke.

An absolute joke. First off they add products without letting you know they're optional or give you a choice which i'm sure is illegal. Secondly they overprice their vehicles and under value yours so they can make the most money. Randy wasn't helpful at all - wouldn't work with him or their finance ever.
